Hello Charlotte! My name is Ann. I've been writing poetry on & off all my life. I stopped writing stories & songs until 1 of my twitter followers & my Dad encouraged me to write again. I was also inspired by Anton Chekhov's stories of Russian life. I've written some short stories, a fairy-tale & an adult version of a fairy tale. I've also written a song. I was inspired to write that as I heard a song wrote & sung by the Americans protesting against ISIS's behaviour. I've been advised by the aforesaid twitter follower to enter competitions & asked whether I was getting my work published. I wouldn't know where to begin. Welcome to Camelot. I've only been a member for a fortnight but everyone seems pleasant, friendly, helpful & encouraging.
