Abracadabra
Black Magic Woman
Bewitches and lures her man
Her powers of persuasion
Are intertwined in her sensuality
No hocus pocus nor hexing
Her allure of her long shiny black hair
Red lips and fingertips
Fascinating all who come into contact with her
Enchantment floats in the air
Like a dense fog overhead
Amethyst and citrine amulet
Can be your talisman
Her allure and charm
Is what will cause you harm
She'll sway her hips as she walks away
You'll be entranced as you follow her
You desire to adore her
Make love to her the rough way

I love your sight
Your voice steals my
Under a spell
Secret safe
I won't tell
Let's make love
Dirty Rough
Something we both feel
Never enough
With every bit of flesh and soul
Leather wet to heighten the scold
Red rope
Your hands around my throat
Hope
Humanity
Things going through my head
After the flames go down
Sleeping no option
Smoke a cigarette and burn down the town
Walk down the highway
Enter a quaint bar, man singing ,something ,kinda sounds like

Shake your secret in front of me
I will be your king bee
I'm not who I used to be
I burnt it all down
Don't you see
Don't you see

I was singing karaoke...

BOP:
I sit on porcelain back bone
Awaiting the gentle hugs of your words
An embrace unknown by others
Even those closest to your home
Take your Dark ,I take your Light
Make that perfect circle
In the Element of uncertain time
Balancing me straight
Undead we always rhyme
Unite
Come together always
One more time

Yes let us play, let us play,
Let speak prose to you in candle lit room
Lay you on an algorithm of rose pedals
Words on each one to connect
Poetry is our sex .....

Divine:
We most certainly are!
Passionate friends for the love of prose in its sensual basal form😘

Standing here waiting
Longing
For your voice sublime
To help me unwind
Wash off the dust and debris
You take me back to a space and time
Our previous life
Free from this strife
Where we were true lovers
Of passionate fires
That flared each other's desires
Simply by gazing into each other's eyes
Which caused the green eyed monsters
Come shooting in and cause our death
Slowly as our breath expired
We clutched each other
Intertwined we chose to die
Gasping our last intake
Mine was yours, the last breath we take
That took us from this place
To the other space in eternity

BOP:
I see you waiting always
I'm anticipating what to say to such a wonderful
Human being in every way
This i truly mean
Let me rub your marble shoulders into Soft flesh once more
Relax under stars and distant shores
Let me read to you from books of ancient lore
A time unknown to others indeed
There was no body to intercede life
No strife is right
I just had the moon and the light in your eyes
Always evolving bright
Even after the green envied fate
We exist in folds upon folds of overlapping space and time
Never die
We are the true undead
Yes we broke through to the other side of morning
Feeling fine
Take my hand Take this glass of cherry wine
Dance and be merry for time is but
About to unwind
My lady
Unwind

Miss you Dear <3  ;) ;) :p

Divine:
Sweetest words come from your lips
Sweeter than the cherry wine
Though I divinely relax and enjoy all your tips
Unwinding as I listen to your voice
Your touch
Your choice of music
Plethora of choices
My preference in specifics
Is your melodies to me
And for me
Is terrific
I miss you to my sir
Our intensity of words
Prolific and profound
You stir
A multitude of emotions
I've found
In this our corner of creative hearts
Will always bring us together
Never apart

I've missed you too
Most certainly understand real life
Needs our immediate attention
Sending you always love and light

Bop:
The sweetest red rushing to your lips,
Along with wine a kiss of words I give you
Deep, passionate, dark with light twisting tongues only we speak
Saliva sweet, Long hair, imagination, I see you in my arms
Let our missing  hearts be a glorifying past time till our words always reach again
Over and over,
Don't roll over let me hold on to you
Let me change always with you , knowledge is unending
What we could learn of each others worlds
Makes me smile, we will talk soon my dear Divine
Real time
Hearts always on fire for our words
A soul and partner i have found forever
Another glass of wine?
Some hot water rubbed on your back
Hot bath candles lit
Over you my shadow holding poems cast
Stuck in the eve of your eyes
The apple of your core.

Bourbon Poem

NEW ORLEANS Where Living Is So Good

I heard a man playing the saxophone
on a street corner in New Orleans
Down in the French Quarter
where past and present
sinners and saints    mingle
Crystal notes    so clear    I could almost
see them dancing in the sultry Louisiana air
like an armada of angels    sailing down
through the cloudless blue sky
to gather the faithful and carry them away
in their vessels of B flats    C sharps    and As

He stood there    an integral part of
yet a separate entity from the bustling city
which spawned him     His head thrown back
eyes closed     A look of incomparable ecstasy
and contentment playing across his face
A silent look which spoke volumes
Saying    for this moment in time
when the beauty of music I created
fills the hearts of people around me to overflowing
Living is so good

I saw crowds spill onto the sidewalks
from the establishments lining Bourbon Street
Revelers    being thrust    through opened
windows and doors by the force of the music
erupting from darkened interiors
New Orleans Jazz     The eclectic
one of a kind blend of Cajun sass and sex
that echoes from the rafters
ricochets from the clouds    and sings out
Living is so good

I watched a funeral procession
in Lafayette Cemetery Number 3
on a rainy Sunday in New Orleans
A horse drawn hearse
bedecked with vibrant flowers
Somberly clad mourners following behind
Their feet keeping time to the rhythm
of top-hatted musicians stepping alongside
Mourners    with broken hearts and crying eyes
Tears and rain plopping onto the pavement
Singing with voices trembling in grief
Singing    “When the Saints Go Marching In”
For in their sorrow lies understanding
Living is so good
Even when you're dying

Music always playing
Any tune
With melody and chorus of course
We took a left down Royal St.
Sweet slide guitars melding with a chemical beat
Always love something new
Which is why I knew
I wanted to be with you
Not on the bottom of your list
The one you wanted to grow old with
Can I call you Carly It's close enough
To the real Image I had of what would be
The beat now at my feat
A hole inside taking me afloat
On magical rides again
Mundane a sin
Yet am I not a sinner?
Rolling in my own flames
Myself to blame
You were never mine to begin
Things do change
"Think of me as not married"
To the famous
"Still want to be your friend"
It has come to an end
So what do I miss?
In this pile of ****
Love your lust
Of this I confess
We were nothing without the kinky
Sex was a wonder
Scratches and thunder down my back
Bites down your back
Whipped wet and whole
To be made to feel exquiste
Feelings of pleasure
This you will always treasure
****..more a brat.

I can close my eyes and feel you play this on your guitar! Or bass brings in the deeper darker side
Fantastic

Love light dark and twisted

Bourbon Poem

BLACK MAGIC WOMAN

Madame Mistress, ebonies princess,
Southern comforts golden jewel,
A golden beauty down south does dwell.
She hides many secrets beneath her,
Glittering mask of mystery's mystic spells.
A dark priestess is this Cajun queen,
Black widows magic women,
Known as Ms. New Orleans.
In her crimson gown, trimmed by
Velvet's purple hues, she smiles
Behind her white lace fan.
A beguiling angel is she the devils
 Own kindred.
The voodoo queen of the swampy delta,
Ruling over the shadow demons,
Whom guard the everglades.
Underneath fancy face and social grace,
Lies the misbegotten heart of a
 Witches soul.
Here the trumpets sound at,
La Carnival as minstrels stroll,
Down Bourbon Street with rhythmic,
Precision's precise step.
Come join in celebrations grand parade,
The Maude Gra. Where anything goes,
Here things are forgotten as the sun rises,
This grand lady of beauty's legacy's charm.
Presses one finger to her redden lips,
Speaking not more than a hushed whispers
Sigh carried across bayou.
Thus does the Spanish moss weep, for
Those lost souls swallowed whole,
Beneath nights dark covenant of death.
Ghostly images walk the muddy side shores,
Phantom spectators existing as prisoners,
Trapped in limbos web, a thin fine line
Between the living and the dead.
Beware lone travelers, those for whom,
Seek mysteries glamor and mystic,
Of the southern by ways.
All are welcome to taste our spicy
Hospitality.
Yet beware pay homages respect,
To Mz. New Orleans, she after all takes
Great care of her own.

Love this and I so relate with her doesn't matter that I'm not Cajun

For I am a Black Magic Woman 💋😈❤️

Silly feeling in gut
No not the butterflies but
There is this person
I helped out of a rut
No thanks was given
Yet years later in an opium hut
Gave me a call and asked for money
As I was with family
I must scurry
Later that night in a sugarcane field
I saw the jilted frame of the one I loved
Made a deal in a hurry
Brought her back to her life
She can no longer speak with no tongue
Though a thanks in her eyes i see
When i come bye to visit these days
Every Sunset Eve

Beautiful prose that has risen, from the words ov a dawn prisoned
Hidden inside, this soul that is explicitly controlled.
Beautiful words from beautiful castors, that you & lady Devine behold. Thank you for your sharing ov your hearts & souls.😚

Interwoven
Pressing replay

Inspiring my imagination
You interrupt my contemplation
What gives me comfort
Is your acceptance
Of my dark & light
Every time we play
We unite
Creating wondrous
Explosions
In the night
Explosion of emotions

One Night On Bourbon Street

 - Poem by Adam Jeffries

Shallow is the mind of the collective masses. Gathered here to hawk or to gawk, friendly elixirs numb the body of despair. Cloaking their spirits with the hunger for bones and flesh, decadence knows no boundary save the next benchmark to cross. Yet no amount of debauchery will change the reality that arrives with the morning dawn – that most of us are still wanting what we do not have, or have what we do not want. The crude crowd attracts the unknowing, searching for distraction, craving the satisfaction of a breast exposed, an award of appreciation bestowed, from the soul of the collective mass. With each seduction of our nobility comes the loss of that which can never be regained: Innocence.

My Choice
I will tell you now
Profound
From mindset underground
I close my rambling
White lines blurring
Tired lights Spinning
Eyes meet your eyes
Decipher forever
Feelings of leather
Pride wide
Broken aside
The sound of your
Your breath by my ear,
Tell me your mine ....

Interspersed
Complexities of feelings
Words are words
It's the tone you use
That sets me reeling
Confusion
Interferes
Over thinking
Disturbs the balance
I hear you speaking
You say more with your eyes
In between moments of
Silence
You plead with me with your eyes
White lies
Are the words
Your eyes speak volumes
I'm trying to decipher
Break down
Our puffed up pride
All I need
Is the sound
Of your voice
Telling me
I am your choice

Bourbon Street Moon

She kissed me in the doorway
 of a Bourbon street bar;
 she tasted like black licorice
 and spiced rum.
 The band in the background
 played Sweet Georgia Brown
 as the streets danced
 with summer rain.

I’d met her at a juke joint
 where a zydeco band
 was throwing down
 heart-thumping cheer
 behind a heavy accordion.
 She smelled like
 three day old, pressed roses
 and smiled like the world
 had already passed her by.

 We danced a sawtoothed jig
 until our feet were raw
 then told stories of
 pirated love affairs
 over iced sazeracs
 in tall glasses
 where our dreams swam
 in moonlight’s reflection
 naked and cold.

 I didn’t know her well,
but I knew what she wanted.
 There was a full moon
 pushing the rain away
 and she wanted to howl.

Hurricane drinks and doorway kisses
 fueled the moon-glow fire.

 We climbed the stairs
 that the night had built
 ascending toward the promise
 of moonlight’s bliss.
 We surrendered to kisses
in the ripe hour of need
 removing the shadow
 of loneliness
 until the moon slipped
 from view.

Down On Bourbon Street

- Poem by Charlotte Riddle

It's the prettiest sight
 You've ever seen
When the Southern Belle
 And the Cajun Queen
Dance right on down
 Bourbon Street
In that jazzin' town
 of New Orleans

It’s always about midnight
 When they begin
their two-step tango
 And, with a knowing grin
Shimmy one way first,
 then back again;
throw their hands up
 And start to spin

The air gets thicker,
 You know
they’re ‘bout gone
 Boogyin’ outta New O’lens
at the break of dawn
 And the people’ll trudge
Back to their homes
 Shut doors, curtains drawn

 It’s the saddest sight
 You’ve ever seen
When the Southern Belle
 And the Cajun Queen
Dance right on down
 Bourbon Street
Leavin’ that jazzin’ town
 Of New Orleans

Dust in the stomach,
i would confuse her,
But i think i tried
I will say,
You're a lie,
I will die!
For you,
Just Complete that clue,
!000 days,
Are you saved?
Smile anyway,
Will not scare me away,
Though I'm still losing you,
Beat me down,
Make me sorry,
Take a bow and wave,
Carried away,
Brave,
But I might need her,
So I gaze in the sun,
I wonder,
Break this spell I'm under,
We were carried away,
So I gave...
Haze that i'm under,
Can I take it off?

Bourbon Poem

BLACK MAGIC WOMAN

Madame Mistress, ebonies princess,
Southern comforts golden jewel,
A golden beauty down south does dwell.
She hides many secrets beneath her,
Glittering mask of mystery's mystic spells.
A dark priestess is this Cajun queen,
Black widows magic women,
Known as Ms. New Orleans.
In her crimson gown, trimmed by
Velvet's purple hues, she smiles
Behind her white lace fan.
A beguiling angel is she the devils
 Own kindred.
The voodoo queen of the swampy delta,
Ruling over the shadow demons,
Whom guard the everglades.
Underneath fancy face and social grace,
Lies the misbegotten heart of a
 Witches soul.
Here the trumpets sound at,
La Carnival as minstrels stroll,
Down Bourbon Street with rhythmic,
Precision's precise step.
Come join in celebrations grand parade,
The Maude Gra. Where anything goes,
Here things are forgotten as the sun rises,
This grand lady of beauty's legacy's charm.
Presses one finger to her redden lips,
Speaking not more than a hushed whispers
Sigh carried across bayou.
Thus does the Spanish moss weep, for
Those lost souls swallowed whole,
Beneath nights dark covenant of death.
Ghostly images walk the muddy side shores,
Phantom spectators existing as prisoners,
Trapped in limbos web, a thin fine line
Between the living and the dead.
Beware lone travelers, those for whom,
Seek mysteries glamor and mystic,
Of the southern by ways.
All are welcome to taste our spicy
Hospitality.
Yet beware pay homages respect,
To Mz. New Orleans, she after all takes
Great care of her own.

Eyes Open all the time,
Can't seem to find the time..
Walk a single file line,
Stumble back past the tracks,
Always the wrong side,
It's a turning tide,
Waves in my head,
So far away,
Spikes enter my veins,
Unkind,
Love for sale,
Remember in rhyme,
All for a sick bucket,
**** it,
Get Mad,get sad get pissed,
your intolerance will not be missed,
get on with it,
Love too much,
Get sick on it!
I'm going to write now...
Something relaxing,
More depressing,
No less stress in it,
Do the best with this mortal coil,
A cloak of rust and ****,
Physics,
Einstein's right!
Get on with it,
Live take a picture and remember the b/s,
I'm almost done with this,
Sure love, i'll go out and get myself fixed,
Do you know many others who don't read?
You didn't know about the presidential race and it's 2016,
Is it you or just me?
I guess I'm getting stupider?
Would anyone say?
Babylon grey,
One nuclear bomb and ..
San Andreas fault line and a,
National park, one spark,
Gravity,Light and dark
Hadron colliders and uranium cooks,
Ok ,I'm done for now i'll go write some more,
No dirty looks...

Silent screams
Phasing like a twin reverb amp
In my head a light on lamp
Burning bright
Cutting the dark
Muddy warm and damp terrain
Strain
Miles and miles
Eyes like smiles
I see them in my dreams
May i sleep on your breasts forever
Your touch a tranquilizer in rough times
Stimulant when right
Muscles sore and tight
I will see you
One night

Social
Sensitive
To Light after a night out drinking
Spoon in nose again
Cute
Butterfly in the jar
Helpless
Out too Far
Truth
No Name for my mood
Missing mediocre mayhem
Superman Dead in the telephone booth
Pretend
Passing time
Crime trend
Let this end.

I wake up
Hunger leaves me
Stomach is numb
The desert is full
I awaken half alive
Arguments about where to bury the dead
I sit hunched on this crippled frame
A ghost of my former self
Still sitting on the top shelf
Learning to get down slowly
So hard is the ground
Landing to hard
Just hold me
Don't do what you said you told me
Release the hooks
Let go
Death is a release from this
Sparkles like brilliant fish
Swimming in lost unison
Came to me again
On other side of morning
It is dawning
