Virgo
Based upon the goddess of the harvest and agriculture, Demeter. When her daughter, Persephone was kidnapped by Hades, Demeter refused to allow the plants to grow until her daughter had been returned. When a compromise was made, Persephone would come home for six months then return to the underworld for six months. When the stars of Virgo are seen in the springtime, it signals the return of Persephone to her mother and the start of planting season.

Zeus asked his brother to care for the two and brought them safely to the island of Seriphos. Perseus grew and went on adventures and ended up joining the funeral games for a king, Perseus threw a discus and unbeknownst to him, his grandfather was in the audience and the discus took a sharp turn, killing him…thus fulfilling the prophecy.
