All look delicious
Juicing I find works for me but I don't extract everything it's kind of like blending for me. I've noticed and like results sometimes throw in peanuts or almonds too

I love salads too
I make this incredible balsamic vinegar with maple syrup & mustard dressing to die for.

I love Salmon too lady TT I find I over dry when I over cook it.

They say a good cook is one who excels with eggs so you and Sean are experts

Blessings

good afternoon folks.

what is on the lunch menu today?

what is your favorite kind of lunch?

I am just a simple man. give me a fresh turkey breast sandwich with whole wheat bread and some soup. that is usually a perfect lunch for me.

A salad made with Romaine lettuce, grilled chicken breast, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and cheese. I also like barley bread or crackers with my salad, all topped off with a nice cold beverage.
Title: Re: CULINARY HISTORIAN
Post by: thetruth on April 02, 2015, 08:22:37 am
Lunch for me can be a protein shake depending on my regime of the day

Juicing too
Beets apples ginger carrots
Yum

Or fresh tomatoe soup with goat cheese

Ok I'm hungry

I really have to start juicing. I bought a Nutribullet several months ago and still haven't used it. My kitchen is so small I don't have any place to store things conveniently. Climbing a ladder to get into overhead pantries is not appealing.

Lunch for me can be a protein shake depending on my regime of the day

Juicing too
Beets apples ginger carrots
Yum

Or fresh tomatoe soup with goat cheese

Ok I'm hungry

that sounds really good and also very healthy.

what is on the lunch menu today?

what is your favorite kind of lunch?

I am just a simple man. give me a fresh turkey breast sandwich with whole wheat bread and some soup. that is usually a perfect lunch for me.

My eggs look like this My son and his friends love them. The trick is in what utensil you use to cook them with. Once I changed utensils, my eggs became fluffy instead of rubbery.

Oh my. I haven't had raisin bread in a long time. That looks so good. Are those diced strawberries and cream? What kind of cream. I want this for breakfast.

Very nice Sean.

thanks for sharing.

I will also contribute here. love breakfast.

So do I. My son and I prefer breakfast food to dinner any day of the week. I make the best pancakes, but we bump heads because I like them thin and he likes them thick. But, since I hold the spatula...he gets what he gets.
