I'm sorry, this is put in poetic verse.
The other ways of putting it would be worse.
Why do I always think of others before myself?
Why have I at times allowed it to ruin my health?
Why do I always care so much about what others think?
Why do I allow it to make my self-esteem & confidence shrink?
Why does my head go 10 times faster than the rest of me when I try to do something about this?
Why can't I be totally ignorant when ignorance would be totally bliss?

who does not have a little home remedy of their own for the simple ailments. if you have encountered an ailment then seek help here.


we can all share them here.


people can come here also seek help with various issues like sex for instance. or if you have marital issues, Beth and the other scholars here have the answers.


if you have sexual issues then Beth and other ladies here can help you.


just ask away.

Thank you very much, Clay. I also know a bit about stress relief & relaxation. It's easy to know what to do but harder to do it though. Isn't it?
