See you later Clay! Lady Victoria, I do tend to beat myself up quite a lot at times. Part of it is caused by how I've been treated in the past. Part of it is I used to have an almost photographic memory until something really upset me. I've been getting back to normal for the last couple of years though. The other part of it is what I said about what I said about my eyes & I feel a fool when I can't read like I used to or misread things. Thank you very much for your encouragement & understanding. love time travel movies. as well as time travel shows like some in the star trek series.

speaking of that, I would not mind catching "outlander" one day when I have some time. i hear it is quite good.

loving the lists.

I never knew they made a musical for "paint your wagon".

also there is no question that "somewhere in time" is one of my favorite romantic movies also.

another one was "the great Gatsby" with redford.

both of these movies have a bit of a tragic/sad end but I liked them a lot.

Mi lord you will enjoy outlander, my dear, romance, but at the same time, the time travel. Some many ov the items she wrote in her books were very accurate my friend. Scotland, the war, it had kind ov a sence ov Brigadoon to it, but with war, and enmities ov war. You'll enjoy it clay, I do believe. You need to see it from the 1st season though for you really comprehend what is going on. As for one the movies you have on your list Sparta with Kirk doubles, beautifully made. Another with Kirk Douglas you might like is the Vikings. It has Sydney Portiere. I was raised up watching alot ov these movies, Hercules-Steve reeves, Sparta-Kirk Douglas, he even played a Hercules. Samson & Delilah, Ben hue, the robe, I could go on. Another serious am sure you might like is called the Vikings on the history 1 channel. Ttyl my friend hope you have been enjoying your day with your mom dad dear. I saw that my dear need to find my photo first.

you know that jenny was talking about that Vikings movie earlier with kirk douglas.

I never saw that movie. I will see if I can get my hands on it one day.

yes kirk was a great actor. he could play any role. very versatile actor.

I do recall reading about steve reeves.

evidently there was another one who played Hercules back then..

I believe his name was Richard Harrison.

so many people played Hercules. Gordon Scott was another one.

I found about Richard Harrison because he made westerns also.

lady V this is your man. Richard Harrison. he made Hercules movies, gladiator movies, and he made westerns.

I have not seen any of his movies but there is one that I want to see but I cant find it:

he made that movie. it is called "The Pitiless Three".

it is about 3 brothers who seek revenge and justice.
