CASTLE CREATURES

Thru the Forrest, the castle whispers ov it's blight.
Where the echoes, do leave its sight.
Creatures ov the night, hide to blend within.
Features ov their plight, haunted by their whim.
The mind today, is dark and deep within.
Watch out, for the little minions.
Depraved, they might become your sin.
Skittering around, when they have seen none.
Mentally, you have now become undone.

PETALS OV LACE

So fine to see, the petals thru.
Delicately the balance, ov my luv for you.
Finally the challenge, ov the touch ov blue.
Cascading the vines, all the way thru.
Sweetly to say, the way they ensue.
The most mesmerizing, colors ov you.
Just as if your, touch ov luv was to pursue.
Softly the petals Ov lace, ly for you.
Together beautifully, the bonding hues.

SOULS FLY AWAY
(dedicated to my aunt Joan 1939-2017)

My heart, is at a low today.
My aunt, is slowly slipping away.
Cancer, is getting its way.
Taking, another life to stay.
Oh the feelings, wishing them to cast away.
I wish I could, rip my heart out today.
Then no longer, could I feel the pain.

Having another, hard day today.
My mind, doesn't want to play.
Instead, it wants to runaway.
Hiding, from the pain.
Loosing the fight, to it's claim.
Bringing sadness, into my life's way.
All I can do, is pray.
That they'll leave, gently on their way.

My heart is feeling, empty again.
How I hate, that domain.
Everytime, I loose someone.
Back to, this place again.
Why can't, the pain abstain.
When their souls, have flown away.
Heaven gets, another angel today.

MINDS CREATURES

Whispers creates time, from the monsters of our mind.
Destined to haunt, thru out mankind.
Whimsical creatures, doing fractured demise.
Dark features, welcome to hell revised.
So many times, have I defied.
The monsters, within my mind.
Beautiful, they have become to me.
Now I let, my creatures feed.
In the dark, alone they need.

BLEEDING HEARTS FAME

Bleeding hearts, beautiful to their name.
Not to the true, is the words ov the same.
Tales ov flowers, thru years remain.
Luv denied, but once again reclaimed.
Tales unfold, ov hearts bled to fame.
Each color that it holds, is to blame.
With each color, tales were not tame.
Beautiful are the hues, that remain.
Sadly, with each life it has claimed.
Bleeding hearts, cannot claim the blame.

DEPRESSION TEARS

Sometimes I feel, like I need to cry.
Dont know why, it's just deep inside.
Not depressed, my heart just takes a sigh.
Whispers to itself, and says goodnight.
Oh my mind, how it has grown tired.
Distant is the thoughts, to impart.
Depression at the start, comes and goes.
This I know, luving it everyway.
Meds no meds, come what may.
It makes me, who I am today.
.... And I am here to stay.

Never hurts to cry, cleanses control.
Depression consoles, those tears in your eyes.
As to runaway, from the tracks ov tears that I ly.
My heart anticipates, the lonely time that it awaits.
Resonating thru it's pain, the soul hesitates.
Following, the tracks ov our fate.

PAINTERS EYE

Slowly the water shades, ov colors in parade.
Thru the visions, that we see.
The beautiful, is then conceived.
Pantomimed, thru a different stroke.
Scenes devine, a brush uncloaks.
A painters' demise, a wonder seen thru their eyes.
Beauty is in, the beholders' surprise.
As a painter so wise, thru the strokes from within.
Never the visions pale, beautiful to have arisen.
