I like this picture. This is the first time I am seeing it I must admit. What's that in that glass in front of Andy? Is it wine? Andy doesn't drink so I wonder what that might be?

Looks like apple juice to me.

Hello everyone.

I haven't really been in the mood to post lately. My dog died a while ago and it was really horrible for me. It all happened so quickly and unexpectedly.  :'( I'm still not over it and I think I won't be the same for a while. Getting a new dog is out of question for me at the moment. I don't know where I will be in the next few years. Actually it was my dog which kept me from moving away for all these years. Now I have nothing holding me back anymore. I have my family and friends but they could come to visit me anywhere in the world.

I'm also very heart-broken at the moment. Actually I have been feeling like this for quite some time but always had something to keep my hope alive. Just at the moment I feel like this person is completely slipping away from me. It is a really long story and at the moment it is just driving me insane. If I could, I would spend all day in bed just crying and blaming myself.

Anyway, I'm off to keep myself busy with tennis, TV series and online shopping for make-up and other beauty items.
 ;D

Oh Nikki, I am so sorry for your loss. I've never had a dog but I am perfectly aware of the relationship human beings can have with their pet animals and I know how devastating the loss can be when they pass away. And I love dogs too even though I never had one but this would be one of the reasons why I wouldn't want to have a dog. I get too attached to things I love. My deepest condolences. And yes, you really need to keep yourself busy doing the things you still love. I am sure there are lots of things to keep your mind distracted from both incidents.

I am sorry about the guy as well. Perhaps it's just not meant to be even though I am sure you thought it otherwise and it must feel like another loss, but hopefully in time you will find out. If you like, you can see this as something that was supposed to happen to you at this time and as a pain or suffering that has some great lessons within it. You know how they say when you are older you are wiser. What changes in between then? What makes them wiser? Only experience because experiences have many elements to it that makes you become aware of more things. So if it hurts I am sure it has something in it for you to take it away that will be beneficial for future relationships.

Anyway, if you feel like going away you totally should. Just follow your heart. I am sure your parents will understand. And yes, don't get another dog; not only you don't need a replacement but also you don't want to forget about your old dog that kept  you company all this time. I'd rather go through the sadness than to quickly replace it. Hope you feel better soon. (((hug)))

Have you seen this? While its attempt is hilarious and perhaps done by a Federer fan, there's something truly ironic about it. If not all, most Federer fans think along the line of Hitler in this video when it comes to Federer. They think so high of Federer that it makes you want to vomit.

changing demographics emma darling.

there was a time when all the boards--including the board owners--were heavily invested in Federer.

I think now nadal's popularity is simply soaring in places like china, india, England, and south america.

also I think Federer fans keep running away from us.

I am learning on twitter that a lot of nadal fans also like andy.

I tried to invite some andy fans to Camelot but I never even got a reply.

that nirjhor dude is a huge Federer fan and a member here at Camelot but he has never made a single post here as far as I know.

general viruzzz is pretty damn cool. he is a huge Federer fan but he is also very busy with school.

we cant discriminate obviously. we will take them all.

we want fans of Federer, andy, nole, del potro, jerzy, dimitrov, and all the others too.

One thing I am inherently lazy about is to check my posts before posting them to avoid mistakes like spelling, grammar etc. On top of that, I have this special talent  ::) to leave out key words in a sentence that can actually potentially change the whole meaning of it. Einstein once said, 'of all things I've lost, I miss my mind the most'. Amen to that, Sir.

morning emma.

how is the weather over there? any break from the brutal winter yet?

it is finally starting to warm up here. it looks like it is going to be a great day here on the gulf coast.

I am going to get out and enjoy it. I will definitely do a bike ride along the ocean.

later this evening we will look for the Rotterdam draw. Andy is progressing nicely.

maybe he can snatch the title.

We had a big snow storm on Wednesday so still recovering from that. It's not as cold, you know from a Canadian's perspective, but outsiders might find it cold. It's been sunny and bright since Wednesday though but we are getting another round tomorrow on Sunday. February is supposed to be worst month winterwise in Canada though so let's see how that turns out in the end. It's been a terrible winter so far no doubt.

I just found out yesterday that Andy's back home and now heading for Rotterdam. Took a wild card there and even though no Rafa or Nole or even Roger there, the field still looks strong with Berdcyh, Del Potro, Tsogna etc. around. I heard Stan has pulled out.

Let's see how it turns out. Andy did well at DC just the week before but I feel here is his real test. He should win it if he's injury free (that is if the back has healed 100%) and match fit. And of course serious. I think he's serious otherwise he wouldn't have flown all the way from US to the Netherlands.

best of luck to andy in Rotterdam

he is making some progress. he is going to be able to come back stronger than ever.

he is still my pick for the Wimbledon title this year.

I am the same damn way emma. I also tend to leave out words.

I am just now getting home. I am checking the news and stuff.

I will look for the Rotterdam draw shortly as well.

We do want all sorts of fans of course but that probably won't happen right away. Maybe slowly. Since you are a Rafa fan and you are the prime owner here, it attracts other Rafa fans. Dunno about Federer fans but I know that they feel more comfortable where there are many of them and here, except for masterclass, we don't have as many. As to Andy fans, I do think they feel more comfortable and secure, especially the female fans, on Murray forums. I know many Murray fans however I am not in touch with them. You know, I kind of avoid being too close to any poster online. Once you become friends etc. it makes you think twice before what you post in case you hurt their feelings and that obstacle truly defeats the purpose of being on a forum, where you are supposed to give your take on things freely. And you know I like to speak my mind. You might be the only person online that I am very comfortable going back and forth via PM etc.

Yea, I did notice the yogurt. He eats healthy no doubt but I think all players do so don't cut the likes of Federer, Nadal, Nole etc. short. ;D

So what's Ward is eating? Looks like cereal but it so dark. Wonder what that is.

all good points there emma.

I am a high profile nadal fan and a lot of people around these forums know that. that was the biggest reason why I got a perma ban at mtf.

I created and founded the castle thread there (MTF) which probably has close to 400,000 posts there by now. it may be the single largest thread on the planet.

mods and admin were very heavily invested into Federer so they handed out these minor infractions to me for 3 years that added up to a perma ban in their mind.

in fact what they really wanted to do was get rid of a high profile nadal fan.

later they would get rid of anybody that had huge popularity there. Feldman was one such poster with over 95,000 posts there.

he was a bit outspoken but he loved Federer. he is the guy who now calls Federer "Deaderer" on facebook.

I got rid of him as a friend along with his buddy javi. both are ate up with hate for nadal and don't really care to help us at all with any kind of growth at Camelot.

I have no use for bogus fools anyway. it took a while for me to learn that. some of these idiots don't amount to much in real life either.
