You know what I am thinking? I can easily print these in fine colour and then frame them and put them up on a wall maybe. Something like this. You can always mix them up with some other frames of course.

I just used grass for kicks since I know you are a huge fan of grass court tennis.

your idea is spot on. you can use a high quality printer and print these and start a collection. perhaps they can go into an album. that saves money and space on the walls. maybe you can frame one and display it at your office at home.

I will create some magical ones for you later tonight.

I just got home. I feel like going to for a little run on the golf course and then kicking back to enjoy my drink.

the weather here today is just fantastic.

tell those doctors that you are just fine and only just acting.

we just have to be a little bit on the crazier and the goofier side at times since it is fun. it is also a perfectly rational response to all the irrational buffoons out there.

the weather here today is just fantastic.

I'd like them on the wall along with some other pictures. I'll come up with something but not in the condo I live in. Once I get my new house. I have all sorts of ideas and designs for it etc. I want to make it quite unique.

Weather here is terrific as well. Well, probably not as warm as where you are but I'll take it! I'd been out most of my day today so it felt great.

Go for the run. Don't waste your time at home. You gotta take it all in.

Seriously, they are no longer in their profession for the good reason there is. They are simply working for money these days. She told me right up front that I could talk about only two problems per visit. To which I said, 'so how do you diagnose anything without hearing all the problems of a patient?'. I really think I set her off far more with that question lol because she became a bit more psycho after that telling me what works there and what doesn't blah blah. I was honestly going to leave while we were in the middle of it, but I decided to sit out and see her a few more times before I dismiss her completely.

Anyway, I didn't have anything particular to talk about - just went for a thorough physical check up but now it seems I'll have to do the whole thing in parts, so that they can swipe the card each time. Money sucking ...psychos.

Javier darling, are you the traveling master when it comes to Europe? Should I be consulting you before I make some plan? I am serious though. I like the way Nikki travels. Totally my kind.

All the people I met along the way helped me a lot to forgot a bit about my obsession with that guy. He was quite jealous, asking me all the time who I was with and what was happening. I found that really cute. But I'm living my life at the moment and he is living his one. If it was meant to be, it will happen anyway... one way or another.

I wish I could keep on travelling for at least one year or two years without having to think about what to do in the future. As long as there are no better job offers, I can keep my current job. Now that we have many trade fairs coming up, I can't really let them down for too long but as soon as this month is over, I will have a bit of time for myself again.

I don't have a problem with bananas. Actually these days my breakfast consists of a sliced banana, cereals and yogurt. I think when it comes to "exotic" fruits, I don't have a problem with any of them. Strawberries make my throat feel itchy when I don't wash them before eating them. I think I'm only really allergic to apples. I can also eat nuts although it is quite surprising for my doctor. Hahaha. I love dates! I should buy them from time to time, figs too. Unfortunately I prefer going to discount supermarkets today and they don't have too many fruits to choose from. Peanut butter contains way too much fat for my liking. I haven't eaten it in ages. I think it would be like with Nutella. I have to stay away from it or else I can't stop eating it until the entire jar is empty.

Maybe I will post some pics of my trip from work. Today is a really tough day for me and I need a bit of distraction.

I am glad you had other things to distract you and get over this obsession. Those things do help especially if you're traveling too. As to the cute comment, to be honest, it is cute at first but when you get into a real relationship, it becomes very annoying and worrisome at times. I have a friend whose husband was so jealous of everything that she had to go for a divorce eventually. It's only cute if it happens at the appropriate moment but it's constant then it's another matter. And often times it's the latter. Many married couple will tell you that. But anyway, as you said, if it's meant to be and meant to happen then it will happen regardless.

Pollen tends to affect many fruits and vegetables and apples, bananas, strawberries are among those. My doctor has advised me to eat them cooked and never raw and that's what I do. Nutella is addictive I agree. I think I ate it a long time ago. Sometimes I eat a slice of whole grain bread with peanut butter.

If you can afford to travel, you should travel all the time. It's such a wonderful and golden opportunity to have in life.

He always says that he isn't jealous in a normal relationship. According to him our relationship is quite special so he doesn't want to lose me. Hummm... oh well. I'm trying not too think about it too much. I had a conversation with a friend of mine yesterday who is going through exactly the same thing. I could give him lots of mature advice. I think I have really learned something from it.

Today it was a colleague's birthday so I had a bit of birthday cake. Already feeling bad about it but I will just skip my snacks today and I should be fine. Hahaha. I thought I could avert the problem by not joining the others in the kitchen while they were eating cake. Unfortunately the colleague brought me 2 small slices to choose from and I ate them both.  ::)

Today I saw a job offer online which really interests me. The problem is that I would have to start working next month, the trial period is 6 months so I would have to stay at home the entire summer and I would only get 6 weeks of paid holidays each year. Hummm, since I don't want to ruin my summer, I will just keep on working here and try to keep my mouth shut about the job offer. I have been talking months about wanting to work there and complaining about no job offer showing up and - TA-DAAAA - today it showed up. It is better not to mention it to the people that I have been bugging with my constant "I WANT TO WORK THEEEEERE" talk.  :-\ Besides, the salary isn't that good.

I'm doing fine.

We are off to the opera tonight so I'm currently sitting on the sofa waiting for my nail polish to dry.  :-\

So many messages yet again!

No CD bro, I did not forget nor leave you guys..

And Ems this thread is about you, I am sure people don't talk a lot about me and that's the way it suppose to be. You think your boy Muzz will be back to his best again this year?

Nikki I think it's easier if you ask me here because I rarely check Facebook these days  8)

So I will just ask you here. I'm not alone at the office today and writing a long message on Facebook is more suspicious than writing it here (people behind me are more likely to recognize the Facebook page than the forum).

1) As for entering Albania: You said I might need a taxi? Aren't there in general any international buses going there (I haven't checked that yet  :-X) ? I'm still unsure about the schedule of my trip so I don't know if I will enter Albania from Montenegro (Ulcinj), Kosovo (coming from Prizren) or Macedonia (after visiting Ohrid). From where is it more likely to get a public bus? If you say that there is no bus at all, I should favor the option to enter from Ulcinj because from there the distance to the next bigger city isn't that big.

2) Travelling around the country: I want to visit most of the touristy places like the UNESCO protected sites and the lake by the Montenegrin border, etc... some other places as well but I can't check a map now (I made a list and sent it to you on Facebook ages ago). Is it really that hard to get from one place to another as they say? I heard that there are no official bus schedules or if they are, they change them based on expected demand. Apparently there are also no bus stations and you need to ask a local in order to know from where your bus is leaving (if it is leaving at all because of what I wrote above). I just want to know what to expect and how much extra patience I need to pack in my suitcase.  :-\

3) Do people understand English or any other languages than Albanian and Italian there? I heard that it is easier to get around with Italian than with English and my Italian is limited to understanding it but being unable to communicate actively.

Ahhhh, I'm so curious about getting to know Albania but there are so many things holding me back. At least I already have a travel buddy so at least I won't be alone. Hahahaha.

okay here we go :D

1) No I don't think there are busses crossing the borders, and there are only 2 trains (which are steam trains) they only go from north to south and west to east and vice versa so that's not handy.

Best way or at least the way I did it was take a taxi from Ulcinj to Shkoder (thats about 20/25 euros I think so dont let them rip you off for more) and from shkoder just take a bus to Tirana. From Tirana on you can proceed to whatever destination you want.

2) Yeah places I recommend for Montenegro and Albania are;

Montenegro; Hey didn't I send you a post card a couple of years ago from Montenegro? :D
Podgorica is **** skip it, so is Niksic (only the roads through the mountains are impressive). Opt for Kotor, Lovcen Park, Budva (a lot of russians, they call it the Miami of Montenegro) or if you want to have it more easy visit Bar and Ulcinj. In the summer Skadar Lake is also nice to visit.

Albania; Tirana because its the most lively. Most beautiful places/sight seeings are in Vlore, Durres and Pogradec (Lake Ohrid). I have no experience with other places since I only visited Albania once.

3) They do speak English sometimes but in general you are right. Albanian (just like in Kosovo) and Italian is what they feel the most comfortable in. When you go to Croatia or Bosnia you also have big chance people talk German but I do not think that Albanians know a lot of German. Oh and their currency is Lek by the way which is about 140 Lek = 1 euro so don't let them trick you :)

if you want more info just ask and I hope I can provide you.

1) I will cross the border from Ulcinj then.

2) Yeah, you sent me a postcard from Montenegro but it never arrived.  :'( I also went there last year. Was in Kotor (and Perast) and Budva. Didn't like the latter but Kotor was great. I suppose Budva wasn't my thing anymore after 2 weeks of partying.
I was just thinking about visiting Podgorica and Ulcinj this time as well as the lake on the border to Albania (lake Skadar).

As for Albania, here is a list of the places I want to visit. I'm on my PC now so I have the file to copy and paste. :p

Kruje
Tirana
Berat
Gjirokaster
Saranda (Butrint  :D )

Just trying to find a way to get from Saranda to Ohrid in Macedonia because it looks like a loooong trip and the best option seems to be going back to Tirana and catching a bus from there. Hummm...?!

3) I will find a way to make myself understood. Hahaha. As for the currency and being ripped off, I will try my best not to let me trick me into paying more than necessary.

They say actions speak louder than words. If he shows jealousy but then says something different, then I am not sure how much I want to trust him. For one, there's no direct evidence (for you anyway) that he isn't jealous in normal relationships. And I don't trust guys in general. Love them but don't trust them. It's a mistake to trust human beings though there's no other way to find out other than to put your trust in them first. If it's broken only then you know.

Whoever invented to celebrate one's birthday with cakes should be in hell forever. haha. Then again, it would have to be a sweet hell. Seriously, I think work places are horrible for consuming unwanted foods...especially when colleagues are so sweet to bring over pieces for you. When that happens to me, I always say, 'are you trying to make me fat, you devil?' Btw, you can also say, 'no, thank you, please. I am off sweet this month.' I mean come on. haha

You then must have created that job offer with your sub-conscious mind. Maybe you should just listen to your heart and see what it says. I always see two things when something pops up, my heart says one thing and my mind (my so called rational side) says another and I know which path to take right way - always the way of the heart. One can never go wrong with that. If I weigh in too much eventually all the negativity, doubt etc. they all creeps and eventually I don't get to follow my heart's calling, so I've learned since then.

Where are you from by the way Ems?

I am originally from everywhere but right now, I have localized myself in Toronto, Canada therefore, a la Canadian. I am trying to see what it likes to be a human being. haha

Okay, I'll be serious - I was born in Karachi, Pakistan but grew up in North America but mostly in Canada. And yes, I am a Canadian for now. If I move and start living in some other country, that will then become my country though I've developed a soft corner for Canada I must admit and it feels as if I was meant to be here.

I forgot, where are you from again? I remember you said you were in the midst of traveling last time we spoke, on TF I think. Are you then done with traveling for now?

Another gem from Sampras. This time it's against Rafter at the 2001 US Open. The great serves, backhand return, passing shots, great running forehand, volleys, overheads all shots are here from this great legend. Enjoy.
