Well done quoting the Truth!!!!
What is the thing about Rafas watch? Why so expensive?
that new super sig does look pretty cool and clean.
did you notice the 3 dimensional look?
now I can make a cool one for "the truth" too. all she has to do say the word and its done.
I think we have added quite a bit color, character, and emotion to the board here with these sigs.
sigs also speak for us 24 hours a day. they tell the world a little bit about us.
everybody wants to know right away just a little bit about us. that is a factor in their decision to join or not to join. they want to know the players we like and even where we might be from.
most places just wont let you have a sig or they will charge you so you can have some simple sig.
here you can have a sig of any size. there is absolutely no limit.
ok here he is shown arriving in argentina:

I just noticed something:
looks like he only wears his $650,000.00 watch on the tennis court.
He'd better only wear it on a tennis court with security guards around. He must have read the article about del Potro and the stolen rosary. It's a shame that criminals never take a day off.
he is sometimes seen walking around paris with his girlfriend with no bodyguards.
I wonder why he does not consider hiring a couple of bodyguards for safety and protection. he is bigger than life sports hero to the millions and millions around the globe.
the world is full of nut jobs and retards. why take a chance.
Sometimes I wonder if Rafa even considers his place in the game. It's like he may realize it, but since he lives in Mallorca and they've known him all his life, and supposedly treat him the same way, it's almost as if he feels that the world is like the island he has grown up on.
He probably doesn't want to take himself too seriously and appear pretentious, but if he ever reads any tennis boards, he'd realize how crazy people can be.
He should definitely consider it, the more majors he wins. Personally, I wouldn't put it past some crazed, obsessive fan, but I hope it doesn't ever come to this.
I am sure you remember the monica seles story.
When a deeply disturbed German man named Gunter Parche approached the court during a changeover, grabbed a nine-inch boning knife with two hands and stabbed Seles in the back -- April 30, 1993 -- his mission was horrifyingly complete: Steffi Graf, the object of his obsession, eventually regained the No. 1 ranking from Seles, then just 19 and sensationally on the rise.
The wretched man didn't realize that Graf's career would, in fact, be tainted -- or that Graf would be appalled at the notion of Seles vanishing from tennis in such a manner. He ruined everything for everybody, with the possible exception of himself. Over the course of two trials, Parche was deemed to be so deranged as to be incapable of reason and no longer a threat to anyone. He never served a moment of jail time.
so we have plenty of these disturbed people roaming the globe. nadal is one of the highest profile global sports superstars. he should not take any chances.
Hi!!
I am getting more hopes for Andy now!!! Looks good for him.
Goodness.. I have such hangover!! Went out yesterday with some friends at some local pubs and a bar. I am supposed to go out with a girlfriend today too! Haven't seen her in a long time, so I want to go.
One of the guys I was out with was such a Pete Sampras fan.. The first thing I thought of when I woke up this morning was Pete. Hehe, I have been brainwashed.
Thank you CD for the new!!!! Looks great and better when it smaller. Love the cleaner design
Hope you all have a great day!
it is encouraging to see andy resume his training in south florida. he will be back stronger than ever.
speaking of the cleaner design, I think our whole board is sparkling clean.
it makes it easier for everyone to go anywhere at Camelot in a fraction of a second.
I used to experiment with Camelot banners at the top of the page. that only made things busy looking. clean look is easier on the eye in my opinion.
laterz emma. see you next time.
it looks like andy is back in business:
he has resumed his training and his preparations for the Australian open:

That's in Miami, isn't it? Andy looks awesome. Can't wait to see him back. Starving for him!

The banner is gone though. Could have used a very light yet very prominent one. But it's okay. Maybe in the future when we grow a bit more...

To be honest, that is actually a very good point. Now that Nadal is closing in on Federer, somewhere some obnoxious freak might get a bit too vindictive. It only takes one isolated incident after all and I've seen some really obnoxious fans - both on and offline. I wouldn't rule it out. Similarly, Nole should be just as careful because he might potentially get in Nadal's way and that might set some other freak off somewhere. They both have their fare shares of obnoxious fans.
Thank you, Emma.
I do care. I am all for peace and enlightenment. I see no need for the bullying tactics on display at sites such as those previously mentioned.
This place is so unbelievably cool I can't even express it.
A lot of it is due to the care that CD has put into it, and your easy and welcoming style. I went back and chilled in Emma's café and read every post. I wanted to be up on what you guys were doing and from that day forward I was hooked.
Here, we can talk about anything without fear of reproof. This is the place to be, not only for tennis fans, but to chill, have good conversations, learn, and grow.
I am totally digging it!
Well done, thetruth for being able to finally quote a post!! Now practice makes one perfect or... as I say, nearly perfect. You don't want to be perfect because then you will have nothing to strive for.

And amen to your rest of your post. Both you and Embla make great thoughtful posts, and Laurice too. But I have yet to exchange any words with her. It will happen soon, I am sure. You all are very sweet.
I think my winter insomnia wouldn't strike this year. Unfortunately it's here now and stronger than ever.
Sorry for not stopping by that often but I'm simply too tired and busy.
Hola nikki, what's up girl? Stop being so lazy.

its crazy out there emma. the world is full of lunatics who want to make a name for themselves one way or another.
