affirmative. we do need to make some changes as you are seeing.


we had way too many boards. unfortunately people don't always like changes as they are uncomfortable for them to some extent.

so changes have to be deliberate and incremental.


even in nature there is no such thing as a sudden jump.


we have no more than 4-5 people posting here now. we will have nobody here if we make any drastic and sudden changes.


oh well. it is what it is. no worries emma darling.

so we will be down to just 2: you and me like it has always been. we will just start over.

there is a Chinese proverb that goes something like this:

fall down 7 times. stand up 8 times.





I am sure it does not translate well in English. sounds so simple but so true. failure consists only in no longer trying.



I did put most of the talk shows in your department. something had to be done. we really cant have 300 different boards. this might work out well in the long run as it will be simpler and so much easier and faster to visit each other's boards.

some people on twitter told me that they did not know what to do and that the board was too complex. well we are trying to streamline and make it cooler.

You can't please them all, herc but please do what you think will benefit the forum in general. I am okay with anything you feel right.
