Almagro has a foot injury that I believe he picked up during his match against Nadal? In any case, that's not what I think is bothering him right now though he took a medical timeout. He's just seems completely out of sorts, disoriented and very error prone at the moment.

Andy takes the 1st set 6-1. Perhaps Almagro will raise his level in this set.

Andy's 1st serve percentage has picked up a bit since the first game.
