what are your thoughts on the draw?


I am not too happy with it. I was hoping so see andy land in nole's 1/2.


I wanted to see a 5 set battle between andy and nole.

Hola herc and good morning. Why would an Andy fan such as myself and Anikh would want Andy to go through such a battle? I thought you were an Andy fan too but perhaps not as much as we are if you can wish such a thing on Andy.

In any case, Andy did take Nole all the way to the final set at the 2012 AO semi and still, Nole won the final against Nadal. And same thing happened in Rome 2011 where Andy took Nole to the final set of the semi and yet, Nadal couldn't get the win over Nole in the final. So rest assured, it's not indicative of any good thing as far as Nadal is concerned if you know what I mean.

And lastly, Andy would have to make at least the semi - and might I as well add that he'd also have to stay fresh - in order to put up such a fight  against either Nole or Nadal. He's also got the hotman Stan on his way before that. His road has been voted as the toughest by the critics and it's his worst surface. On top of that, he's more keen on Wimbledon and would like to save himself more for that, so I am not sure what's on his mind and how much effort he's actually going to put out there at this point. But put all those aside, I don't like the idea using Andy as a pawn if you say you are a genuine fan of Andy, really.
