Hi Guys, I'll be making a hit and run post just to keep you all in the loop. I am very busy today and tomorrow I have yet another all day tennis at Rexall Centre. Yes, I am enjoying a great deal and what a day of tennis it was yesterday. I didn't know I was going to be in for such a great tennis day. Did you know all but one match in the centre court went to the final set and that one match was of Andy vs Nick? LOL! And to think that was the only match I wanted to go on for longer period of time so that I could watch Andy more, but alas. Just like the previous times, I was allowed to see only an hour of Andy. I gladly to accept it however since Andy won!

Anyway, I have a ton of pictures but I need to sort them a lot and see which ones are the best ones and post those. And for that, you'll need to wait until the weekend when I feel I'll have some free time in hand.

On a different note, I see Baron is out of control, herc! Wasn't he supposed to drink water outside Camelot along with the rest of the animals? How did he get loose? Haha. Oh well, lock him up for now until I find some time to deal with him. 

See you guys later. Hope you are all keeping up well. Weather is holding up so that's a good sign but I must say, I felt the heat during Nole's match quite a bit.

Btw, the facilities are getting better and better. Each time I go there I notice the differences. It has really become a world class venue. I guess the rising tennis stars in Canada are bringing out the best although 4 out of 5 Canadian players already lost and Raonic barely survived last night. I felt terrible for Sock since he was clearly the better player but was a bit wild in both TBs and that really cost him the match. Good for us Canadian though!

Great to hear from you Emma. Sounds like lots of things for you to do and see there which is great. Yes glad weather held off for most part. Also always nice when Andy lasts as long as possible in event you are a although walkover not the way he would want  Look forward to pics.

Hi Guys, let me post some pictures first. I'll talk about my experience in details later.

On my first day, I just browsed around and took pictures. I didn't get to see too many practice sessions. I was just looking for Andy and somehow I missed him. He practiced before I arrived at the Centre. Anyway, I found Nick Kyrgios, Robredo and Dodig practicing. In fact, on Wednesday Nick practiced until 10:30am and went directly to play his match against Andy at 11am. That's how serious he was about his match but unfortunately for him, he wasn't able to play his best on that day and Andy was just too good for him. People are just zooming in on Nick these days and I feel he's very overwhelmed by that. My guess is, it will take him a while to get back on track again. Look what happened JJ. Nowhere to be found these days.

Before Andy's match on Wednesday, I was talking to a volunteer there who happens to be 16/17 year old boy (a massive Federer fan but aren't they all?) and when I told him that I was there to see Murray primarily, he kind of shook his head and said, "I don't know about Murray today. Nick is a very dangerous player" etc. To which I said, "if Andy's feeling confident, then Nick shouldn't be a problem. So it all depends on which Andy shows up on court today". Then he mentioned how big a server Nick was - to which I again said but Andy's a top returner and a very big and experienced player in his own right. I did tell him that I wanted to see a longer match so that I could see Andy for a longer period of time. He said as a Federer fan he never wishes such thing since he likes to see Federer as comfortably as possible. I laughed and told him 'no worries. Most Federer fans are like that anyway". I don't think he got my joke. lol.

So here's a few pictures from Day 1 Monday. I didn't see any matches on that day so just some random pictures of the arena here.

On Wednesday, I had the day session ticket so I was able to see all three matches. Andy vs Nick followed by Nole vs Monfils and then finally, Dimitrov vs Young. Nole vs Monfils was very entertaining and I was really pulling for Young against Dimitrov but Donald wasn't able to sustain his level after winning the 1st set. Same goes for Anderson yesterday. Dimitrov really didn't earn any of his matches. It was a series of mistakes by both Young and Anderson (especially) that led them to lose their matches. Quite unfortunate. I must tell you, Dimitrov did not draw much crowd in his both matches. The ones who were there were mostly Bulgarian people judging by the amount of flags they're carrying. I don't think he's as popular as he is on the forums. On the other hand, both Nole and Murray got big crowd support. People have HUGE respect for Nole judging by the reaction he received as soon as he entered the court. It's a complete myth that he's not popular.

One more from Wednesday. It doesn't allow me to attach more than 3/4 pictures so that's why I am posting 3 at a time. Here the last one is Jaime and Peer who played the doubles and then lost on Thursday I think. But this was from Wednesday as they were signing autograph around 5:45pm I think. I caught them outside when I finished watching all my matches and was heading out.
