The whirling of the fan is keeping me up on this sleepless hot and humid night
Tossing and turning, my mind keeps churning
The downpour of rain flooded streets of the city, vehicles stalled, danger called
Subways and trains seeped in water creating barriers
Thoughts racing throughout the day while in the black out of a couple of hours
My heated body gave way to the downpouring rain
Cathartic cleanse and cooling dampness of the summer rain
Made me feel alive again
People scattering under umbrellas stared at me incredulously
For taking care of wildlife in the summer rain
Miraculous cycles of life evolving in birds nests
Their chirping sweet sounds of love filled lives
The memories of the day bring forth smiles
Grateful for the fan trying to cool my heated body
And stop the thought ridden brain to slumber
Morpheus come take me into the caverns of dreams
Let’s celebrate the alternate universe with gleeful screams

Many of them don’t make sense at first

All the animals are settling down

Where she Spritely
Conjured amulets
And protective spells
Her sincerity and integrity
Did not allow her close to many
As viewed as alone
At times as she was in another realm
Appeared as though
She was made of stone
Mysterious goddess
Was definitely skin and bones
The blood that ran through her veins
Hot and passionate
For love rained through her
And so many feared her
Didn't know of her great heart
That bore love
Not hate
Those that mattered

Sweet coolness of a summer breeze rustling
My dress as I'm walking aimlessly across the expanse of the beach
Exhalting in the joy of the wet sand between
My toes as it's massaging the soles of my feet as
The cool water laps and kisses my ankles.
Deep in thought as I've encountered the crossroads
The fork of two roads, contemplating my moral compass
Or the free spirit of my soul soaring
Enjoying the expanse of the quiet beach
A calming welcome as I'm easing into my decision

Honesty

I first saw him at my friends barbecue,
But here he was all 6'1" animal magnetism
Hard muscled body. Every muscle & sinew easily
Distinguished by his white t-shirt practically
Painted on his body. He sizzled, I creamed my pants with
His enigmatic smile when he crossed the room. He exuded
An aura that forced you to look and stare.
That was then...
This was NOW...
He stood in front of me like a Sex God.
His smile just made my whole body tingle.
Me and smiles if it was an attraction.
A smile with the eyes twinkling always
Caused me to react.
Eye connection.
But I smiled back and kept telling myself
I need to keep my resolve and my cool
With this God of God, mister suave.
I'm not prone to listening to gossip,
His friends shared countless stories which
I listened with half an ear.
Now I wish I paid more attention.
He said in his low baritone voice that
He was assured I have magic hands.
I smiled and giggled you'll have to see for yourself.
To which he suggested, the sooner the better.
He stated he wanted to book me next day,
He would work around my schedule.
I told him, I'm expensive.
He responded saying, he expected it!

Hollowed are the echoes in the manor
Every sound louder than the other
Cool draft is felt when the temperatures drop
Makes one skip and hop
Just to make it to the bathroom
Every level has a different story
Each room if the walls could speak
Lighter to darker the stories peak
Strong and stalwart is this castle
Heating can be such a hassle
I cannot leave this place
Never wanted to stay

That is definitely true.
Tone of voice & body language helps us to other people's wiles see through.
Reading eyes is harder though.
There are some people's eyeballs who through no fault of the person always wandering go.
Even if they have operations they don't always work forever.
Both eyes doing the same amount of work in these people doesn't seem to happen ever.
We sometimes turn a blind eye to things that we don't want to believe.
In that way we can be very easy to deceive.
Sometimes our mind blocks out things we don't want to know.
It just tells us that's a place it doesn't want to go.

Excitement
Can convey sadness
So much is shared
Once you look deep into someone's eyes
For if someone averts them
Truth or lies
Can be exchanged
Even then
If you do not want to perceive
The varied form of being deceived

The tone of people's voices tell you a lot about how someone's words are meant.
Written words don't hurt as much because you have to think before emotions get into the message that is sent.
Even the most unambiguous message can be read in many different ways.
What a person means is sometimes different from what a person says.
What a person thinks about a situation often affects what a person does which affects how the situation turns out.
With a different perspective & good communication skills you can sometimes turn these situations about.

That makes their problems very hard to bare.
Everyone has problems though.
Solving them 1 by 1 is the best way to go.

The unknown grayish mystifying forest was benumbed into frost-covered cold, and the tremendous pines towering above the dark marshy soil resembled a gathering of severe mute brothers from a forbidden ancient order worshiping forgotten gods no one had ever heard of outside of the world of secret occult visions.

Listening to the wolves out in the field

Me too, Lady Divine. I don't lie. I just use nice words to say things in a nicer way rather than how some people say things if I need to. I'm never nasty & abusive to others. I've often been told I've got a way with words so don't always worry about what I say. I don't always know what to say & how to say it though & sometimes put my foot in things. I always have good intentions though. Obviously, I make mistakes & accidentally upset people but don't mean it & I prefer to talk problems through in a civilised manner. I don't backstab. I didn't mean about anything you said. I meant in general, that's what I'm like. I like other people to know how they stand with me & I like to know how I stand with other people. I'm very sorry if I upset you by accidentally implying something I didn't mean. I agree. We all learn from constructive criticism. I know we will all have disagreements sometimes & conflicting opinions. It would be boring if everyone liked the same things & had all the same opinions. I prefer to communicate with people who show they have a mind of their own & sometimes agree with what I say & sometimes disagree. People sometimes learn by proper debates where everyone looks at all the information, makes their decisions, argues their point & respects the fact the other side has also looked at all the information, made decisions based on that information & argued their point & both have known when & how to agree to disagree. It's a story in itself so well executed and graphically expressed for I do not know how to proceed
Truth be told reading it this night
I fully understand and empath osier their plight
They put up a great fight with all of their might to only discover an end in this life

Walking hand in hand in this strange land you call home
Is making me realize how important you have become to me
Looking at the rolling hills that kiss it's lips by the lake you own
Blissfully the earthy smells and picturesque flowers I love to see
Your face lit by the glistening moon
The intensity of your eye contact will make me swoon
Our time together is fresh and loving
My mind races ahead of me to think of what might be coming
For I need to enjoy this time of bliss
As you lean down for your lips on mine for our sweet kiss
Blissfully a sigh escapes my lips
Slightly as my head tips
Searching the look of love in your eyes
Deep down inside I know the truth belies
You're love is strong our bond our ties
I gladly accept the title you've bestowed me

Lady of the Lake
Poised warriors give dawn's early morning dew anticipation of something more to come
Drawing breath as lightly as quietly as drawing blade and bow
Steely gazed on quarry far off into the distance
Another quiet breath offers words for her brothers and sisters in blessing
Frosty utterances from demure lips giving quiet elocutions
breath to prayers at the edge of God's lake the lady receives no words in reply
but a vision
she sees a blade made bluish green in hue before her mind's eye
Why?!
She asks in her mind's eye
Why?!
why does this have to happen, why does this war have to occur?
They leap from their pitted post and ruffle the dew free from its contemplation
Treading further and further to the goal silently as fawn
All training and execution running with them up to this day
but what would be their reward but blood
leaping and Yelling visceral cries at their striking distance guards and soldiers falling all at once
they had been rewarded in so much blood already
it was all in their training now to live or to die
and thus they live
The Lady brings her father report from the lake
God's Lake
she tells him with tears streaming from her eyes she saw a sword with lattice streaming down its inward spine
that this sword would bring them to victory
Her father the blacksmith saw more her eyes than the lattice he would create, but he would create it all the same
Two weeks later, lo, the black flag rises with an orange dawn
skulls and death are what it portends
it is the Christian's ancient enemy
Rome
A few stationed forces had finally given way to 10,000 Legionnaires
And this entire kingdom would be RAZED
Death and fire ravaged the village
Burned death no respite smoked and choked all things up to the edge of a lake
God's Lake
Then the last fawn of the village lept into the lake tightly gripping something wrapped in her arms
A blue glowing sword held by the lady chased by Centurions she throwing the sword and letting her light body be pulled deeper and deeper
the frigid water embracing her giving her the last love she would see in this world
all she remembered was the words passed between her and him, the boy
and finally she becomes a weight with the blade and closes her eyes and forgets everything
The Boy
Now blood soaked and turning into a man
running back to the village he was raised in
Picking up his blade again facing tyrants another day
Now it had all come back to haunt him
But he remembered the words between them
the words she left him before all the battles
And he ran
He ran to be by her side he ran through the smoke and the embers
he ran through the death and the horror
he ran to the Lake
God's Lake
And he ran and only found two centurions straining their cloaks of water
Young rage he meted upon them blade upon blood-soaked bone one strike after another down down down
And the last words of the dying centurion, "she is The Lady in the Lake"
And he pointed and he spit his last blood and breath
Below, deep, where they had played for years as children at the bottom of the lake, the boy found her and carried her and something wrapped up to the surface
this would be his reward
This!
She was lost and Why?! was all he could think
so he gritted his teeth and choked back tears and opened the wrapping to find
Excalibur, the Blue Blade, born of Fire and Water, Death and Tears

I always knew this day would eventually come
They day I'd want to say these words to you
It's with these words held in my heart
I now feel I need to renew
Thinking about what I want to say
waiting for when the time was right
Saying exactly what's on my mind
While in my mind you're sitting here with me tonight
I get caught up in my own little world
At times I tend to forget
The true essence of those little words
Which entered the day we first met
If you would move just a little bit closer
I can describe the moment when this all began
When I knew you'd be my special lady
The lady at the lake
It was an evening like no other a time I held you close
we listened to the falling rain
Sitting beside a warm flickering fire
Sharing dreams with a glass of champagne
I never could have imagined
I'd be spending an evening like that with you
we talked between the falling raindrops
expressing points of view
my arms wrapped tightly around you
I thought about how hard it would be to let you go
Then suddenly you turned around and kissed me
then at that moment did I really know
Falling in love on that special night with the lady at the lake
I couldn't find the words to say
you were the only one in my life for sure
Who has ever made me feel this way
I looked deep into your eyes
then I took you by the hand
I knew that all I ever needed
Was to love to hold you all that I can
You became a part of my little world lady at the lake
Knowing I could never let you go
Loving you meant so much to me
More than you could possibly ever know lady at the lake
I need to say how much I care
Your the only one I ever wished for
Was that you would always be there
You will always be my special lady at the lake
loving you so tenderly
I'd be lost in my little world if it not be for you
To share this love and your touch lady at the lake
you by my side a fire to keep us warm
always welcome the falling rain
holding each other and never letting go
falling in love all over again with my lady by the lake
The words I say still mean the same
After all this time with you
the best part of all was knowing
That my very special lady by the lake still loves me to this day

With sounds of heavenly angels so sweet. My God is this true is this vision
Of perfection the one you created to give me direction. Look at her hair so long
And silky with skin flawless and colored so milky. She looked at me I stop dead
In my tracks wishing we were together holding nothing back. This lady at the lake
Is she real or a dream I want to touch her she's real it seams. Beauty is her name
Perfection and untamed. Please lady at the lake my I dance with you
Under the stars in the this field of grass remove me from my prison bars
Yes she comes to me now singing with perfect pitch her body is perfect as she
Sways to the wind making my heart melt I can't let this end.
Lady of the lake let me take you right now i can't wait any longer on
