This popped into my head this morning:
What is intelligence?
Intelligence is the flame that lights up your brain.
It ensures you understands all your joy & pain.

Intelligence makes you shine so bright.
Illuminating your darkness with a light.
Cutting all your problems with a sharp knife.
Facilitating your tasks in everyday life.
Gathering, processing & using information faster than your P.C.
Working so quickly on boring stuff so it is free.
To create all the good things you want to make.
& savour the flavour of interesting stuff like you enjoy a cake.
Intelligence helps you to understand the world around you.
Helping you to do everything you want & need to do.
Intelligence is the ability to work things out
& to argue without having to name-call, fight and shout.

Do you ever feel tired & want to go to bed?
But when your head hits that pillow it goes into over-drive instead?
You can be very tired before, but after your waiting for your head to go dead.
It decides to race like Red Rum running round the Grand national track.
It races at 100 m.p.h. both there, round and back.
It's totally buzzing though you don't always know what's going through it.
You've got to get up and do something else. You've just got to do it.
Or get your favourite snack so you can chew it.
You're just wishing & waiting for your head to shut up.
But ideas flow through it like tea from a teapot into a cup.

Fathers beating their sons and daughters
Babes barely out of the wombs of their mothers
Disgusting behaviours
I cannot unsee what I have seen
Saddest part is the treacherous acts of the father
Being taped by someone else
And no one coming to the poor child’s defense
