Why does it have to be when you're answering followers that your twitter goes down?
It's enough to make vicars swear & you wear a frown.
It often happens in the middle of a chat?
I don't think much about that.
It makes your followers think you're being rude.
You think they'll worry so on this you brood.
You hope they don't think you're ignoring them.
Some actually think you are a gem.
Sometimes your keyboard decides to go slow.
Then the roller-ball on your laptop goes all over the show.
When you are typing something, auto-correct sometimes corrects things that are spelt right.
I'm sure when that happens sometimes some people think you are not very bright.

This is a poetic request for time team back. We respect Mick & know it won't be the same without him & will always remember him.
We want time team back.
British t.v. now is slack.
We are sick of watching all the old time teams.
We want them with slightly different themes.
A programme with Tony to host & Phil to dig.
It's sure to be really very big.
The best programmes on t.v. are history & antiques programmes & coast.
These are the programmes we love the most.

Why do Fathers always have to be right?
If they're not they always start a fight.
Then you have to prove them wrong.
It's annoying when you know you're right all along.
If you don't do things their way they say you're doing it the wrong way.
They won't listen to anything you say.
They can also be very kind.
That is what you find.
They love you very much indeed.
They'll do you many a good deed.
You love them too but they can do your head in.
They like to make a lot of din & then you need cola & gin.
They can be very giving.
They can make your life worth living.

Fortunately, my mother has always been quite understanding & taught me a lot. We are like friends. It's o.k. Lady Victoria.

In my house growing up it was always my mom who was right lol!
Lady EquineAnn, I am so glad that you have shared your work here for all to see. The person who suggested you start writing again was very wise, and I'm glad you listened to him 🌹

When you're out in the world, use a bin.
They're there to put all your rubbish in.
Don't throw your litter on the floor.
People could trip over it & more.
Please don't throw plastic bags away.
Birds could get hurt by them any day.
If you've got a dog, pick up its mess when you take it for a walk.
Don't throw away cans which can kill animals. About this it's time to talk.

Who am I?
That should be the easiest question on earth.
I should just be able to tell of my country & details of birth.
I've got too many ancestors born elsewhere though.
I'm more Scottish than English where I was born & it does show.
I've got Irish & French ancestry too.
The question of my nationality, my head in does do.
I've got Scottish hair, tastes & ways of thinking.
My other origins, I've to my ancestors been linking.
I'm a woman as you've already guessed.
In a skirt or frock though I'm hardly dressed.
I've got thick, curly, brown hair.
About other people & animals I do care.
I need to wear spectacles though they don't benefit me much as 1 eye does a lot more work than the other.
My hobbies are reading, typing & singing so when my eyes play me up, I sing as hobbies not requiring sight I don't have another.
I love all animals except snakes, especially horses.
I've done lots of computer courses.

Once upon a time. there was an ancient King who had a long, grey beard
& moustache. This King lived in a palace constructed of pure crystal
that sparkled & flashed in the sunlight like a huge block of pure ice.
The palace was located in a gigantic garden & in this garden there
grew oranges & pears of all varieties & wild cherry trees & tulips,
roses & lilies-of-the-valley blossomed there & members of the tit &
parrot family sang with the robins, finches, red-caps & siskins. Other
than peacocks, these were the only birds that resided in his kingdom.
Pegasus lived there with unicorns & all other members of the equine
family. In the palace gardens were lots of large fountains which
sprayed right up to the top of the highest poplar trees imaginable.
Only 1 of these fountains was a water fountain. There was a tea & vodka
fountain for the adults & an orange & apple juice fountain & chocolate
& milk fountain for everyone.
The old King only had 1 son who was heir to the Kingdom, a little boy
aged 7. He was a good boy who was never capricious & he went to bed &
got up early. The only bad habit he had was that he smoked. When he
was 20 he got T.B. caused by smoking & died. The aged man, decrepit &
ill was left without anyone to rule the Kingdom or to protect the
palace. Foes came & killed the old man & destroyed the palace & now
there is nothing left whatsoever.

I dream of a time in the Highlands of Scotland where wild Highland ponies did roam.
I dream of a time when Dunoon was the place my ancestors called home.
I dream of a land where everyone gets on, shares things equally & there are no wars, arguments or fights.
I dream of a land where everyone not only has rights but don't have to assert their rights.

Thank you very much. It's the adult version of the fairy-tale I wrote. I put the alcohol, illness, murder & slightly more complex language in there to make it more interesting for adults.
