Travelled far
Across the land
To soothe your fevered brow
Show you the support
As you take a stand
Beliefs can alter
At a drop of a hat
Indecision’s complex
From this way or that
Calming of a supportive voice
Assisting to make a sound choice
Fear subsides
As we stand side by side
Fatigue subsides
Allowing Morpheus his ride

Cacophonous sounds emanating
From the wild whipping winds
Threatening to tear down the trees
Walking through this indomitable storm
Strewn in all directions
At once barely able to take a step
In the other being carried of ones feet
An incredible feat

A soothing sound
That echoed
Reverberated throughout my body
Listening to the wind whistling
Across the grounds
Yet
It didn’t affect me half as much
As when I caught you staring at me
With half a grin
It’s as though
It’s the first time you actually saw me
For me
That’s when the serendipitous moment
Became many
Moments of enjoyment
Where my heart felt
As though it would break free
From my rib cage
Rapidly beating
Making every vein tingle
With excitement
Of seeing
Just one more time
Let’s make it count

Peculiar estranged friendships
Words belie a strange complexity

Thread bare unwoven

The give dissolves into a complete break

It’s the whispers in the undeniably strange
Quiet of the full moon night
The whispers are clear and distinct
Meant to be heard
By those intuitives
Who take care and pay attention
To the gentle hints
The slight upswing of wind
The onset flight of the pigeon
Butterflies who deign to
Catch a strand of my hair
Brazen in their symbolic lesson
Forcing me to settle in the now
With observant care
Mystical movement of the clouds
On a clear blue
Sun soaked sky
The quick artistry
Of the symbolic shapes
The clouds do make
Intentional messages
From the Divine White Entourage
Continually offering support
