  Hello General
  
  We had our first minus 11 last night.
  
  I was out for an hour walk in minus 6
  
  Walked so fast I was able to do 8,000 steps
  When normally I do 6500 in an hour.
  That’s how cold it was.
  
  Moving fast to heat the heart rate and the body up!!!
