They are both to blame
They did and didn’t enjoy the game
Jealousy reared it’s ugly head

Wilted away like the breathe of life
Was squeezed of every ounce of oxygen
Wounds were weeping with pus of infected sores
Confused by the poisonous infections
Clarity became empty in it seemingly void less pit
In her debilitating state she was still planning to even the score
Befuddled yet contemptuously conniving a calculated perfection
She worked off the fumes of avarice and greed
She was not a fore gone conclusion
Wiping away the blood that stained her outfit
It was the fight of the fittest
Inert from her dubiously disillusioned state
Every ounce of her ached
Deep down she knew she had to escape
The hounds of hell that nipped at her heels
It was time to go
Yet atwixt these last moments
Shocked and afraid that a torrent of emotional flood gates
We’re raring to push her past the point of no return
Or fall into the abyss

Bullets spraying and killing babies in elementary school
What a deviant 18 year old ghoul
Went in guns a blazing
Devoid of feelings while blood thirsty hazing
Boasting of his macabre intentions
On his social media craving attention
Dumb founded by all the disgusting war against each other
Angels are missed
Devastating cries from their mothers
Their fathers, their families
Praying for them after the fact
When we think going to school, they’d come home in tact
Not in a funeral just days later
19 kids plus 2 teachers
He started with his grandmother
This is far more than just a dark entity
He was a demon
God Rest all of the angels in peace

So she lied and he lied and they both shared their lives in mystery
Don’t deny they have a history

Watching them together intimacy out in the open
As though they forgot
He continues to lie

The puzzle appears askew
One clue leads to another clue
He’s living a square
She’s living a triangle
Both unhappy in the superficial realm of deception
He wants her, and her and her
She wants him without her and her
And doesn’t know about her
They proclaim love
He demands she be faithful
She demands he do the same

Is being obscured by the drug filled haze
Words of love and hate completely violated

He kept promising, she kept on believing
Hoping, praying,
On his hopeful sayings
She didn’t want to officiate or propagate
Yet there she stood
Glaringly empty words obliterating
Any dreams they had for one another
She lost him, and the other
He lost her, and his mother
They continue to ache for yesterday
Can’t live together for tomorrow
Forget today
Their addictions caused many of their afflictions
The haze has lifted
Reality has stricken and the light is glaring
She’s dead
He’s haunted
Watch him sitting in the corner, staring

Lost without him by her side
She smiled for everyone as she recoiled inside
Only two years since he chose to cross over
68 years they vowed their love
Blood, sweat and tears
Chasing their dreams regardless of their fears
Last morning she coughed and sneezed for her last time

Reaching the inner workings of your mind
Through your sensitive ears
What did you hear

What made your skin crawl with every syllable

Not all throats susceptible to the same medicine
Chosen received saline
And then the doses played havoc on lives
Disturbing turn of events that mainstream media refuses to dissect

From the corner of the mouth
Hard to say if the cut ran deep
From the blood overflow
She sat there stupefied
Inertia set in to her core
Her children staring at her petrified
They often heard the yelling
Being subjected to the way he tore
Her clothes to shreds
His jealousy running deep was telling
She stopped crying hours ago
She lay there numb and unfeeling
Didn’t have an ounce of strength to help them
She stopped feeling the pain
She was thankful pain in her head, the reeling
Seemed to have subsided
She lay there in the puddle of her blood
Quietly plotting and decided

Guttural screams got stuck in her throat
The pressure in her head
Felt like she was about to explode
Her imagination running wild
Blood splattered floors and walls in a crimson hue
This story of hers has remnants of the old
Spew in some of the new
It’s still rotted to high hell
Stunk up the place
As if on cue
He forced his divisiveness into play
He never noticed the lack of empathy in her eyes
In her heart and her soul had already yelled at her
In high pitched sounds
Shaking her out of the reverie
That seemed to keep her hostage
She felt dirty in his presence
She hated his scent in her nostrils
That fake smile that didn’t even reach his eyes any longer
His salacious look at her body made her sick to her stomach
Vices and virtues of life’s experiences
Blood is still boiling
The need to recoil from all this left her deathly sick
She needed to release this shark infested game
They’ve been swarming all around for a very long time
Hoping she collapse and fall
Watching them swarm around like hyenas
To remove all of the meat from her bones on her death
