people just do their own thing and we all try to be supportive.
some of the folks who don't get to post much are just leading busy lives. work and raising a family does not leave all that much leisure time.
anyway we are expected to grow in the next 2 years so we will have plenty of people here.
Good to know this, I feel increasingly safe and happy here, because I really feel the affection of the people, they welcomed me. It really is like a family.
