Digging fingers into the soil
Tearing away roots of old
That haven’t withered away yet
The delightful mess of the mud soaked hands
Further grounding as the roots are pulled and the soil
Looking inviting.

We’ve been blessed with much rain
Removing the old feels cathartic and fresh for new beginnings

Love when a decision is made
Moving forward
