One thing they didn’t really mention.
We need to exercise the mind and body.
It helps keep dementia at bay.
Learning something.
I have recommended to my clients.
Try writing with your non dominant hand.
It doesn’t matter what it looks like.
Try to write out a sentence.
No matter how frustrating.
Your mind works differently
You can actually feel a sensation as you
Work at writing ....
It’s somethung I do, when I get comfortable.
It’s like exercise.
You achieve your goals and you push yourself harder.
Like walking for instance.
First I started 20 minutes
Increased it to an hour
Then added steep hills
Then increased the steps from 10,000 steps
To 15,000
It just an extra push
Your body, mind and spirit will thank you.
Stretching is imperative.
