CAMELOT FANTASIES

Many years ago I was told
By teachers that I was best
To take music, for I wasn’t an artist
In any sense of the word.

19 years ago I came across
A book entitled The Artists Way
By Julia Cameron

So I drew
And sucked at it.

Most recent is my colourful octopus

Dollar store coloured pencils  don’t emit enough colour
Good thing I also bought crayons

It’s fabulous just creating
Drawing and colouring is helping my writing.
