I have managed to catch a cold also.


going to have to rest up for a couple of days and try to recover fast.

I've got a cold too. I'm trying to work through it & keep warm.

I’m going to pick up more colloidal silver.

Have fresh ginger.
Grate it in boiling water and drink with honey.

I’m drinking a lot.
The freezing temperatures a little hard to bear.

Apparently next week it will be better just minus 8
