I found warm water with lemon and maple syrup was yummy
Lots of liquids. Green tea also helped
Feeling much better.
Put in a 1.5 hour workout.
Achy but worth it. It’s the good ache.
The sick ache was horrible.
Congested sinus make it hard to breathe.

Thank you very much. I prefer orange to lemon. The only green tea I like is peppermint but fruit teas are included in my water challenge & I like orange tea.

I can't stomach exercise as I've got stomach, head & backache. I'm having to force myself to eat. Maybe soup, rice pudding, semolina, tapioca & sago might be a good idea. I might try the bath idea. It sounds relaxing. I guess I could use eucalyptus oil too but it stinks.
