  In the past as a female it seemed to apply to me
  
  But since my faith in God has increased and I trust
  
  I express the pain right away! Write about it express it right away
  
  I don't push it down I don't swallow it. I let it run through my entire body I feel the pain all of it. Them I write about the pain and go for an Epsom salt bath
  
  Then I forgive me and then all that are involved.
  
  I will not hold onto that poison. Not necessary to make my body ill
  
  Trust and believe

  My love of music expands and accepts all types of genres
  
  All forms of it speaks to my soul I don't care if I don't understand the words
  
  The rhythm the beat the moments of silence the flow the beat of the drums the tickling of the ivories
  
  All of it
  
  Speaks to my soul
  Music is my life
