  my cousin was visiting mom and dad this week. he is back in Montreal now.
  
  
  he was coughing too. and now dad is coughing.
  
  
  
  this cough is something else. it just wont go away.
  
  
  
  but I am feeling better. I am going to resume my workouts tomorrow.
  
  
  
  
  I have so much to post at Camelot. I will start tomorrow.

  I have never had a cough last this long.
  
  
  
  getting better by the day. I worked out yesterday.
  
  tomorrow I will hit the beach and walk 5 miles.
