Hello General

We had our first minus 11 last night.

I was out for an hour walk in minus 6

Walked so fast I was able to do 8,000 steps
When normally I do 6500 in an hour.
That’s how cold it was.

Moving fast to heat the heart rate and the body up!!!

I saw a touring bus today parked near the beach.

the bus had a name: Camelot.


it had Camelot painted on it. and it had  2 crossing swords images on it.

pretty cool stuff. it caught my eye.
