When someone deigns to hurt
The ones I love
The first instinct is to take revenge
Realizing the subliminal need
To suppress & delete
It goes against the greater deed
Of activating forgiveness
To elevate the importance of love
Spreading love destroying hate
Eliminate the need to avenge
Of late
Great gift from GOD
Quickly
Swiftly
Forgive
Move forward to the furtive LOVE
