Brave to face your fears
Regardless of all the tears
Stuttering to get the words out
Braving to face the old monsters about
Each piece of advice
Virtue or a vice
Disturbing when it's manipulated
Jagged shards stipulated
To create pain
Words streaming the brain
Meant to tear you apart
Whether someone else
Or your own self doubt
Reverse it & connect to your heart
