Sadness drowns all sounds of happiness
Apathetic moments turn to days
Turn to weeks
Dejection compelling fears
Breaking down to a fountain of tears
World gets smaller
So small that anxiety sets in
Hard breathing
Constriction of the lungs
Intense pain sprung
As an inhale excurciating
Stabbing shrieks of screams
Debilitating
The walls are closing in
My demons taunting me
As the hot flames are scorching
Tempting me to take the knife
Complete the task
Forgets the vodka flask
Can't take it anymore
Leave me the **** alone
Lock the door throw away the key
Need to stay
In the zone
My heaven
My hell
My angel
My demon
They are all presently screaming
Loudly
In my head

Hello my dear Divine
I always stumble upon the best
Time is getting further away
Fountains and rain will come
With tears
Those years we didn't speak
Panic disorder
Dropped a zippo in the night
Makes a perfect yellow blue flame ...
Well you Remember
That night it just wouldn't go away .
Screaming

With sharp tongues like hungry animals

Sir Bird of Prey
How kind of you to stay
Much has interrupted our time together
Your life, my life, the weather
Searching the look your eyes foretell
Plethora of stories
Both welcoming Heaven & Hell
We're comfortable welcoming our dark side
Wretched malignant are our thoughts
Dark n twisted misaligned our pride
Serendipitous is our time
For I don't think
I could make it through
Without you by my side

Some explode while others implode
Neither is right nor wrong
Expressing it in prose right here
Can help one feel as they belong

Keep sharing your heart and souls content
Questions asked will find the answers
It's a matter of being persistent

You're welcome, Lady Divine. I either express my anger vocally or take it out of myself but I find expressing anger in song especially if I write my own, sing a crescendo then a diminuendo or a high-pitched song is the most useful way for me. Thank you very much.
