Sometimes we have to let things out before we burst.
If it's secrets we're keeping that others tell us we have to write them down & shred them so our friends & families don't think the worst.
Sometimes we need to express emotions or else we'll explode.

The tone of people's voices tell you a lot about how someone's words are meant.
Written words don't hurt as much because you have to think before emotions get into the message that is sent.
Even the most unambiguous message can be read in many different ways.
What a person means is sometimes different from what a person says.
What a person thinks about a situation often affects what a person does which affects how the situation turns out.
With a different perspective & good communication skills you can sometimes turn these situations about.

That is definitely true.
Tone of voice & body language helps us to other people's wiles see through.
Reading eyes is harder though.
There are some people's eyeballs who through no fault of the person always wandering go.
Even if they have operations they don't always work forever.
Both eyes doing the same amount of work in these people doesn't seem to happen ever.
We sometimes turn a blind eye to things that we don't want to believe.
In that way we can be very easy to deceive.
Sometimes our mind blocks out things we don't want to know.
It just tells us that's a place it doesn't want to go.
