I can make a static/stationary sig for this but it wont work like a ticker in a sig or at the top our main page.

I could make it work but only if I knew how to write programs.

I should have studied computer science in college. we would have never had to worry about anything.

now I ask some IT/computer science person a question and I get zero answers. hell they don't even bother to reply.
