Camelot is so cool everybody is a king or a queen at Camelot.

just 17 to go now and we will have our 100. that is a massive milestone for Camelot.

that means we are going somewhere.

we will experiment and learn along the way and find the best possible structure for this place.

we don't need 30,000 people. we just need 300 cool, kind hearted, and normal people.

How are we doing with guest traffic? I haven't been keeping up with that. Sometimes I forget all about it. But I do remember that we were getting quite a few.

The more guests, I think, the more members will both join and begin to interact. We just have to keep Camelot the Regal Kingdom that it is!

readership and viewership is up significantly.

we are not doing too shabby for being relatively new.

it is just tough to compete with all those social media innovations. I think they are the future.

no worries: we have our own unique proposition. it is just cool to be part of Camelot. people can just be themselves here.

they can be who they are.

What attracts me to a forum initially?

Good, positive and constructive discussions and nothing of that Goat and Fedal ad nauseam stuff.

Most general forums (unfortunately) are now very players oriented (Federer and Nadal) rather than the game itself, so the less I see it the more I am interested in that forum.

A forum that offers lots of variety (all sorts of off topics) and keeps an open mind and allows anything and everything without being judgmental. This allows posters to grow.

A forum that doesn't carry the format of 'likes given' etc. Certain posters stick with other posters and stick to what they like to hear and that's an obstacle as often times they tend to promote wrong and biased discussions.

Anything that is not inherently negative or positive.

Neither were possible at TW. Attacking, ganging up, trolling, stalking, oh my. I am so over that place. Childish and immaturity at its highest level.

That's great to hear! It's very nice that people log in to Camelot where we're just chilling as opposed to other outlets where there is mass drama and instant responses. That means people still want something different from the big social giants, and Camelot is here to do just that.

you are at exactly the right place if you want a lot of variety.

we are so laid back and relaxed here that any topic is a good topic. we just go with the flow.

I know of Khan Academy. I talked about a bit on Murray's World in 2012 I think but no one said much about it so I didn't want to go on about it. Bill Gates is well into it as I believe he's one of the primary resources/donators. I listened to some of Salman Khan's lectures on youtube. Very good stuff. Salman is doing a world of good out there with no costs.

What a profound statement, maria. I agree. I have enough going on in my life than to add more dissension to the list. As long as we try to see things from another person's point of view, life will be grand.

We should all practice respecting the views of others without judgment. Some people will choose to argue about anything. What a waste of time.

I had heard about Khan Academy a long time ago, but it was from teachers. I got the impression that it was a tool for them and K-12 students. I didn't realize that anyone could use it as a learning tool.

It has such a wonderful set up. I introduced my son to it, and even he thought it was cool.

Yes, it's wonderful. But he does get a lot of slack for being Muslim. Ignorant people say things like 'Muslims can't be trusted' and far worse so that's the sad part even when he's actually helping American education in a big way and around the globe. They only harp on who bombed for weeks and months and overlook these good deeds.

Yes, of course. Anyone who knows what hedge fund is should know how big a deal that is to simply give up. To take the path that of an educator over that is not easy but he clearly loves it and millions are benefiting from it.

Hopefully he'll stay on course because Bill Gates got involved and that always runs the risk of this Academy becoming a business enterprise, but I do get the feeling BG wants to give a lot back, so this just might just one of those things that will change the world in a big way in the future. It already is actually.

You have got to be kidding. That's unreal. I don't know why people like to target different races. Every race has good and bad in it, why single out certain groups and make them a target? But, I guess that's the condition of some people's hearts. After all of these years of inhabiting and people simply refuse to get along.

I am grateful for what Mr. Khan is going, I don't care what race, creed, or religion he is. People need to learn to accept differences, without it, chaos ensues.
