It is. I don't know who came up with that idea, but I hope they were justly rewarded. It's classic! So simple, but it really packs a punch.

I saw a really cute hoodie on FB with his logo on it. It was white, and the logo was red. Even if you didn't know who Rafa was, you would like that hoodie, that's how sharp it was.

check out this article I found at tennis.com.

http://www.tennis.com/pro-game/2014/05/nadal-through-three-sets-again-time-over-youzhny/51458/#.U3Uw0WdOV9A

I have been saying for the longest that rafa wont give his backhand a chance to get in the groove.

in this article they mention it too.

only way to make it work is to just hit it. there is nothing to fear. it is one of the best backhands in the world.

he has to have a fully functioning backhand in order to take the big titles this year. it affects his whole game:

1. it affects his return
2. it affects his court positioning. he ends up giving them too much court
3. it gives them too much predictability. they know where he is going with his forehand most of the time now

he is winning now anyway but the game could be so much easier for him if he fixes the backhand issue.

I haven't noticed them, or the site being slowed down. I hope you are able to correct it.

I am still puzzled by Rafa's comments and demeanor. On the one hand he seems realistic, but on the other hand, I don't know, something that I can't quite put my finger on. I'll have to think about it.

I am in the same camp. he is just not himself these days.

it seems like something changed after the back injury in Melbourne.

he said the other day he is finding the "passion" again.

I am not really sure why the passion went away since he is a world #1 and has a chance to go after the slam record.

how many players will ever get that chance in the future? he stands alone in history to be able to go after the slam record.

his concentration and focus goes away as soon as he secures the lead and puts himself in a winning position in his matches. he is getting better but he needs to focus better fast.

Well, Rafa answered a lot of questions today about his passion. That was one heck of a match. I don't remember seeing such an exciting match with both guys playing their best, outmaneuvering each other, and refusing to back down in a long time.

It was a joy to watch. I was stunned at Andy's level. I thought he played good this week, but he turned it up quite a few notches today. I wasn't sure if Nadal could summon up the energy, but he didn't.

The shotmaking was breathtaking. I'm going to catch it later so that I can DVR it. That match is a keeper.

So nice to see Andy make such a statement, and equally nice to see Rafa answer the call.

I will try to catch the match tonight.

it will be shown on the tennis channel later tonight and we will have it at the global tennis video center here at Camelot as well.

andy is one hell of a player. this is why I have never given up on him for Wimbledon. I think gets his 2nd Wimbledon crown there this year.

That he is. That first set was pure domination, and Rafa wasn't playing horrible, Andy was just on fire.

But all I could see was two master tacticians picking and prodding each other for supremacy. They should call Andy the magician, it's so hard to get a ball past him.

Same as Djokovic, but to me, Andy has so much balance in his posture as he attacks. Nole drives me crazy with the ridiculous stretches and off balance returns. Andy plays like he is in control of his body and movements. It just looks more like the way that tennis should be played.

well I finally got to catch the andy murray vs rafa battle last night.

you are 100% spot on. andy was simply brilliant yesterday. he came to battle with all his heart and with all his might.

its good to see him back in this manner and fashion. it leads me to confirm my belief that he will do quite well at Wimbledon.

Wasn't that match awesome? They were going at it, for real. I'll bet the guys in the locker room were like, WTH? This did not look like the Rafa we've seen since the USO. The tennis was just sublime, and the way he notched it up at the end was spellbinding.

It made me appreciate Andy even more. He's always been one of my favorites, but he reached a whole new level with me, because this wasn't even his best surface, but he brought it anyway. In earlier reports he was saying that he was looking forward to playing Rafa because he wanted to test where his level was. Mission accomplished. Andy Murray, OBE will be a factor at RG this year.

What a major showdown we should have:

Rafe trying to win 10 crowns (otherworldly).
Novak trying to complete the career slam.
Andy being one of the contenders.
Federer coming back rested.
Stan trying to prove that AO wasn't a fluke.

And all the rest trying to make a miracle for themselves.

And did you see how he mauled Dmitrov? I'm not a fan of Dmitrov. I thought he played the match with the wrong mindset. I feel like he is trying to live up to the hype, instead of playing his natural game. He was showboating and trying to impose him, but he took himself out of the match by trying to hit spectacular winners for people to ooh and ahh over. At some point he should have played more safely and when for the winners in a more practical manner.

But anyway, you think Rafa will do well at Wimbledon? I can't wait to hear why.

Oh, you meant Andy, not Rafa, LOL!

For sure, Andy will be devastating at Wimbledon. The back is doing very well.

que pasa princess TT.

I have been out on the road all day. I am just now getting home.

I will catch the rafa vs dimitrov match in a little bit.

I knew dimitrov was not going to have much of a chance against Rafa. he is  a rising star but he is no match for Rafa on any surface, let alone the red clay.
