CAMELOT FANTASIES

So Tennis Warehouse takes a hypothetical situation (read matchup) and gives their biased opinion on it and then quickly gets into a fight over a hypothetical situation. Are people becoming dumber by the minute? Or do they have too much time in hand and they have no clue as to what to do with that? Why not do something creative instead and watch something that inspires you to do something about the world? Can you imagine Steve Jobs arguing all day over a hypothetical situation on a message forum? If the Universe was so predictable then trust me, you'd all stay at home and do nothing, but it's not.

Take that Agassi vs Murray matchup for example. On what ground do you even make a hypothetical matchup? For all I know, Murray is only half way through his career and we have no idea, no clue as to how his career is going to end up in the end. Even a hypothetical matchup/situation needs balance in order for you to compare and deduct results.  And then there are so many other things that you need to take into account.

I am not even going to touch the Sampras vs Djokovic one.

Andy's got bye, Almagro, Tsonga, Federer, Nadal, and Djokovic or Ferrer or Wawrinka in the final.

Easy peasy. He's taking it folks. lol. Oh well.

But I will tell you this, it's about time Andy starts beating the likes of Almagros on clay. Can't afford to pamper him anymore. I think it will be great if he makes the qtr and gives a shot at Federer.

If you ask me what's the worst thing that has ever happened to tennis - I'd say and without at doubt, it's Roger Federer and his fans.

Anyway, the lovely weekend is here. Lots to do and a tournament to follow.

I am not sure if it's going to be fun for Nadal fans and for you though, herc. You guys are a bit too serious about his losses. Although I can see how Federer fans can make it really hard for you.

Anyway, I've got dinner tonight; other than that, not much to do today so I am thinking about what to do until this evening. It's kind of gloomy though as it's very cloudy. Hopefully the sun will poke its head out at some point.

Andy's got a new.... ahem girlfriend. Kim's getting old. Out with the old, in with the new. Haha (hope not, really. Kim's ideal for Andy and plus, she's a great human being.)

Waiting for Almagro to play your first match on clay is like waiting on your death row. lol but who knows, maybe Andy will surprise us.

Speaking of death rows - I've finally watched The Green Mile. It's a very long movie but it's very well done. It's not on par with Shawshank Redemption but it's still an excellent movie and perhaps a masterpiece.

I am a very right brain person but I've been in jobs that require the activities of the left brain and for years, I'd wondered about that. Then all of a sudden it dawned on me that if I weren't in touch with the left brain then there wouldn't be any balance and I'd be a lot ... spacey, as they call it.

Though to be honest, I'd much rather practice spirituality than spend time with computers, analyze things, make money, plan things etc. and spend my time pleasuring myself all the time. And I am much more drawn to the former anyway - when I observe myself I notice it. I am much more creative and thoughtless (no thoughts in my head) when I spend time with myself. But spending time with people or doing mundane things in life or even posting on forums feels very routine and not at all creative. I do enjoy being on this forum since I can post and say all the things I love and care about without being interrupted too much.
