CAMELOT FANTASIES

I ran into a couple (husband and wife) on the beach today. they had a bit of an accent so I quickly asked them if they were from united kingdom.

they said they were from around south Hampton (united kingdom).

you can just imagine my next question: I asked them if they followed andy murray.

they said they were devoted fans of andy murray.



there is an Englishman here that is a teaching pro at a local tennis club. he has andy's posters all over his pro shop but his most favorite player is roger Federer.

Andy has been starting a bit slow in his matches so I am thinking that he is fully acclimated to the conditions now.

Andy also smells blood at this point. the title must seem within reach now.

so here is my thinking. I think tonight he focuses hard right from get go and tries to play a clean match. clean match means very few errors and high percentage tennis.

gain the upper hand in the rally and then go on the attack. pull the trigger at just the right time. Force Dimitrov to play more high risk tennis.

bottom line: I think Andy has a chance to take this in straights.

he is used to the surface and the conditions now.

Andy's court coverage should trouble Dimitrov. I think Andy will force him to go for more.

we are still relatively new anikh.

we should be able to meet plenty of cool folks here over time.

we just have to keep getting the word out about Camelot.

people can be themselves here. and they can follow and support their players here.

nobody is ever going to pass judgment on you here for the players that you follow and support.

people can even have their very own boards/sub forums if they so desire. now how cools is that.

basically people can do anything they please at Camelot.

your support for Andy means a lot also. andy murray's popularity has been on a rise now for a year and there is no end in sight.

hopefully more andy murray fans will be coming our way in the near future.

I agree. Dimitrov is a showboat. Andy is too good a returner. The Big guys come good when they have to, outside of injuries and anomalies.

I don't like showboats. Total turnoff for me.

andy had been struggling a bit to get going in his matches. hopefully he corrects that and removed dimitrov from the facilities in straights.


there just no need for a 3 hour match tonight for andy. he has to focus hard and finish it in straights.
