Ask Stan the Man how to be a .... Man?

Haha. Okay maybe that's enough for today.

Well, I don't think we'll see a full form Andy until the grass season. I totally see him giving an half arsed effort during the clay season. Haha but oh well...maybe once he bags a few Wimbledon and more confident, he'll turn his attention to clay and RG in particular. By then your man Nadal should be out and about as well. ;D ;D ;D

See, I am perfectly willing to give Nadal credit where credit is due. And I am still sure Nadal is the man to beat on clay regardless. ;D

Thank you dear but I'd really like the font colour to be purple. But I do like the new pattern!

I can try but that purple color font might be tricky to do.

nadal took home everything last year. he is also ranked #1.

I cant see this any other emma darlig: the guy is just not working hard enough.

this is his earliest exit from monte carlo in 11 years. he was not this bad even as a kid.

he let everything go after winning as much as he did. and then the damn back went out.

now he is behind the curve. he still had about 15 days on his hands after losing early in indian wells. he chose to **** around for those 15 days instead of going home to get on the clay.

net result of that was he had to stand on the street outside today and watch 2 guys that he owns fight for the title.

and did i  mention that both stan and fed are also older than him.

I know nadal was having some back issues still in indian wells.  that is all the reason he needed to go home and get on the soft clay.

he did not need the few cheap points in miami and he also did not need to be decimated by nole in the final.

that does not help his confidence any going into the most important part of his season.

at the rate nadal is going and with the way he is going about this, it wont be long before he loses his rank anyway.

nadal's ground game is in absolute shambles. 44 unforced errors in just 2 short sets against ferru tells the real story. he is playing this game from about 200 miles behind the baseline from his forehand corner like he is scared or something.

scared of hitting backhands. scared to going after the ball.

well your entire game is disrupted if you choose to play that way.

nadal is still going to win RG because he is very hard to beat in a best of 5 sets match but he might end up losing a lot of points if he does not capture Barcelona, rome, and Madrid.

I know he will eventually get going but this senseless bloodshed could have been avoided. he needed to show them very early on that he was still the man to beat on the red clay.

this was a perfect opportunity to beat ferru, wawrinka, and fed in succession.

his 2013 should have been the springboard for more success in 2014.

I was out and about near the ocean today.

somebody's wife was coming on to me there for a little while before I moved on for a bike ride.

she was pretty damn attractive.

I need to go for a light run on the golf course so I can enjoy my drink. some days I do both. I ride and I run a little bit.

I don't think Nadal has much to worry about come RG, herc darling. Stan will find it very hard to beat Nadal should they meet though Soderling has done it before, but still, it's the most difficult thing to do in thid era. Besides, there's the overwhelming factor of finally beating Nadal at RG. Even Nole couldn't overcome it last year but at the same time, anything is possible.

Nadal may have some issues going on and I am more sided with the confidence factor as you know. Anyway, don't worry too much and see how things pan out next few weeks.

Federer looked very happy today despite the loss. I believe he was very happy for Stan as well, his fellow country man and besides, they have become good friends over the years. Sure the loss sucks but still, I don't see any reason why he wouldn't be happy for Stan. I mean Roger wasn't going to give it to Stan either if you know what I mean.

Anyway, don't dwell on Nadal too much. He's too much of a pro to not take things seriously and I am sure the beatings at AO and Miami were crucial for him, so if anything, he should be the one who's in the real know.
