herc, don't dwell on Nadal-Murray final. Andy is never going to do what we expect him to do and he never should. He should only do what makes him happy. I did not want to see him in a back to back fight with Nole and Nadal so soon right after his Wimbledon victory. Nadal has taken a 7 month long break so he can afford to be around and fight every point. Andy in the meantime had to fight a lot and win a few titles and some of them weren't easy at all given his constant pressure.

At year end or even career end, will the Brits remmeber andy as someone who's ended their almost 8 decades drought or will they remember Andy who lost to Wawrnika at the Open in the qtr final in striaght sets? that is the question. let's see how ungrateful fans can be.

Murray will forever be remembered as a Wimbledon champion. Nobody talks about Virgina Wade or Fred Perry matches where they fell short.
Let's not write his obituary yet. There is plenty more to come. It's purely a hangover from achieving his lifelong ambition of winning Wimbledon. He's a little flat and lacked a bit of intensity in New York.
He will be back on course again next year. It might have even given him a jolt to raise his game at the YEC. -

I guess one issue I had with mimi was that she continued to post with swish and alex. they both have said and done terrible things.
