evening Emma. I am out and about at the moment.

about to have a big seafood dinner at a local casino with mom and dad.

will be able to respond more properly when I get home.

I too am in the market for a little laptop now.

I have never really needed one because I have always had all these govt. consulting jobs. they usually give 2

laptops.

I am taking a break from working too much at the moment.

anyway I might give tablet PC a try too. They are cheap enough now.

what would you recommend for a tablet PC?

how do you like the new, sleek format emma?

it is just 4 sections now. 4 simple and yet relatively elegant sections.

easy on the eye and lightening fast to navigate.

I like it very much, herc. It has now become your personal toy. lolol and yes, definitely easy on the eye.

it is your personal toy too.

nice to have something like this that we can call our own for a change.

anyway are you in the thanksgiving mood yet?

this year is flying right by. soon it will be Christmas.

Oh, I and I watched the highlights of this match last night before going to bed. It's really one of his best performances in his entire career and my personal favourite.  I so wish after he comes back he'll be always exactly like this and be always into every match.

And that will also give baron an opportunity not to settle with a clone and support someone original and ahem, someone from his own country. I mean he's no fellow Welsh but hey, he's a fellow countryman. :p

I remember this match well. it was a solid battle.

I just heard from Javi.

he has been really busy. he said he will be stopping by.

2 big matches tomorrow: nadal pretty much has to win tomorrow to keep his hopes alive for the #1 rank.

and then the night session brings the Federer vs nole battle.

I'm quite busy at the moment. When I'm not at work, I'm busy learning Croatian for fun. Actually I'm just learning it to make fun of my friend who has been living there for almost one year and is too lazy to learn it. I think I just have too much time on my hands or I'm just crazy.

I was invited to spend new year's eve in Bosnia so I booked my ticket the other day. I'm leaving on December 27 (actually on December 26 because my plane leaves from another city) and I just can't wait. It will be cold but spending new year's eve somewhere else is always exciting for me. Maybe it is because I'm superstitious. They say that if you spend new year's eve traveling, you will be traveling all year long. Obviously that's what I want.

How have you been? Any plans for the holidays?

I remember this place well as you visited it recently. this a slice of heaven.

simply stunning scenery and setting.

I plan to stick around here and just relax. I will take off to baton rouge, Louisiana to spend a day or 2 with my parents.

my little brother usually takes off for Christmas. he takes off for his vacation with his family to national parks.

that is what they love. they like hiking, biking, and camping in some of the most beautiful national parks in America.

its a new American thing: they go on a vacation instead of staying home at Christmas time.

by the way I heard from javi the other day. he said he has been really quite busy. he will be stopping by soon.

Isn't Javi going to Brazil? I think he mentioned that on MTF. I'm not really up-to-date with the chat threads over there though.

Yeah, that's the place where I will be spending new year's eve. My friend said he had something special in mind but he wants to keep it a secret until I arrive.  ::)

I like being away from home during the holiday season. Unfortunately it is not the best time to travel in Europe because of the weather.

I am not sure where he is headed. I have not seen him in a while.

he is busy making money nikki.

and I am just the opposite. I like my time off too much so I don't work more than just a few months a year.

by the way I think Emma's café is going to become the hot spot eventually. this forum is brand new so it will take some time.

you can actually google "Emma's café at Camelot elite tennis society and it comes up instantly.

https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8#q=emma's+cafe+at+camelot+elite+tennis+society

we will make coffee more popular around here.

How about Microsoft Surface Pro 2? It's pretty slick with good typing ability which I personally think you need, since always say that you are replying from your phone and will reply properly once you get home. lolol. See, but I am thoughtful. Am I the best girl in the world or what? lol

Here are some of Emma's pick!

Microsoft Surface Pro 2

Or Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1

Or Asus Transformer Pas Infinity (sounds a mouthful lol)

Sony Xperia Tablet Z

Google Nexus 10

I tease of course. I am naughty after all. :)

Hola Nikki, what's up girl? It's good to see you. Your traveling plan is making me jealous. I can't make any plans until 2015, unfortunately, as I have a couple of courses to finish next year and also, I'll be buying my dream house so that's a huge project for me. So no vacation for me.

Have fun in Bosnia! And perhaps take some pictures. Would love to see those.

Also, do you find it hard to learn Croatian? I don't think you are crazy though. It's what you want to do right now so be it.
