Yeah,

This is a real pick 'em.

I'm going for Murray though, because I like him better.

I cant wait to see this place in about 2 years.

we will be shaking and baking here.

it will be cool to remember our humble beginnings. we started from nothing.

we have literally created something magical out of ashes and dust.

we started from ground zero.

Howdy Camelot.

I'll pass on the cheap beer... Needs to be a quality European lager.

Federer/Murray is the tie of the round. I fancied Murray before the tournament to prevail should they meet, but having watched them both, got to favour Federer at this point.

howdy great Baron of united kingdom and australia.

I made a post a while back at tennis frontier suggesting that the big 4 were coming back in 2014.

looks like I got one right for a change. the big 4 really are back.

my prediction for Wimbledon stands: andy will take the title there.

I am pleased with his progress.

I am also pleased with roger's progress also. that man just has too much game. he can play until he is 40-45 if he wishes.

the guy that I am not happy with is the clay warrior. its a damn shame that I am not one of his coaches.

I figured you might pass on the cheap beer. well now that you are here, nothing but the best for you.

I will order a case of 21 year old hedges and butler scotch. that is as good as it gets Baron.

cheers.

I am watching the berdych vs ferru match.

berdy leads 3-1 in the first set.

first set to berdych. he snatches it 6-1.

look for ferru to steady the ship in the 2nd set.

I dont get berdy's attire. he is wearing a blue and white striped shirt and red shorts.

he looks like a color blind circus clown.

Not pleased with the clay warrior?

Me either, but I'm trying to stay positive because Nadal usually surprises me.

Then, if he does I'll regret doubting him.

Hope he proves us wrong again.

Berdy is looking darn good!

So nice to see him playing this way.

He's confident and starting to really believe he belongs.

2 sets to none.

That's what I'm talking about.

well I know he is hurting. I saw the pictures of that blood blister.

I know he is playing in pain and it is hard to hit his forehand the way he wants to.

what I am not happy with is something that goes way the hell back: he should have hired somebody 15 year ago to teach him to volley properly and to hit  great sliced backhand.

but Rafa is Rafa. he has to do it his way and who the hell can argue with his success. he beats them all anyway.

he has a winning record against 100% of the top 30 players.

I hear that they used to say a lot about borg too. they said he had highly unorthodox strokes to be able to win Wimbledon. so he went on to win 5 of them.

all borg did was win.

now Rafa is starting to hit swinging volleys at the net. he is just not comfortable at the net.

all this could have been different. the game would have been a little easier for him if he and his uncle had hired some temporary outside help 15 years ago.

look at nole. now he is exceptional at the net. he hired mark woodforde a few years back to teach him how to volley properly at the net. he hired Muster's fitness coach to take his fitness higher.

now he has hired becker to teach him a few more things.

Hewitt hired somebody on temporary basis to teach him to hit a great sliced backhand.

I think you hire this temporary help to make sure you keep improving in areas where you need work.

nobody has to ever replace tony and he does not need to be replaced.

affirmative. berdy is doing well at the moment. he is leading by 2 sets.

this makes the assignment very difficult now for ferru.

how about genie bouchard. what an amazing talent.

today she derails ana ivanovic to snatch a semifinal spot.

ferru is fighting back. he took the 3rd set.
