I am so stressed out at work, I find myself shopping every week and eating junk food at times. NOOOO!

But if I were to get depressed,  then I wouldn't have eaten at all ... forget shopping ... just lay in bed all day and all night. That hasn't happened in a while I must admit, although I got quite depressed after Andy lost at the Open and took me two whole days just to get over it. I did eat comfort food and drank beer (eww) on that night, but I didn't enjoy it all.

somebody is saying that andy is playing an exo in Barbados at the end of November.

I'd like Andy to stay away from tennis until next year. He needs to heal properly both physically and mentally and he needs rest of the year for that. Tennis can wait. He's gone through a lot since 2012 Wimbledon and needs long enough break to have the proper craving back. He shouldn't come back until he's really fit and ready. And mentally completely fresh. It's absolutely mandatory for him right now. He can play exos. That's always entertaining and giving. That can do no harm only lift his spirit some more.

Fortunately this works very well for me as well. I don't think I'll be able to watch any tennis until January...until AO. My project is going live on January 14 so I'll be very busy until then. And I just have too much to do on the weekends these days. I barely find any time to watch tennis let alone be on forums. Besides, I am finding the forum stuff a bit of a turn off lately. I am also taking a break from tennis so I have no idea actually what's going on or who's playing at the moment and where. I have deliberately turned it off. See, the most powerful thing you can do is to control all your urges - be it physical or mental and I am trying to master it!
