I actually don't blame the players but some of their fans who have taken the whole support thing to a new disgusting level.

Anyway, watching France vs Australia - Monfils just won the first set TB.

Waiting for Andy to start. I am just going to put the whole DC thing aside and look at this match on an individual level. More importantly, I'd like to see where Andy is on clay and in general. He wasn't very good at the AO.

US team is not as strong without Isner without a doubt and it was my mistake that I thought Querrey replaced Isner but it was actually Young.

Speaking of the US team and the DC, here's a bit of tidbit on them.

Significance: This was the last time the U.S. won the Cup, currently enduring the longest title drought in American history.

There's a poster named USA in the chat box and he first said, 'what an ****' followed by a comment, 'f you Andy'.

Andy just got broken back - 3 all.

Andy got broken right when he was serving for the set. The serves have let him down. 5 all.

Andy's not getting as many first serves in and also, Querrey is murdering Andy's second serve.

Tie Break.

That was very important for Andy to win the 1st set. He fell behind twice in the TB but came back both times and the last time he was able to hold his serve and that led him to the set point 6-5 and then the miss by Sam at the net.

While Sam has more winners he also has more errors. He's going all out today against Andy and playing a very high risk game. Andy himself played a few points quite rubbish but was able to make amends just in time. Good match so far.
