Novak not there? Anyone knows if he has other plans somewhere else?
That's a strong field for a 250 event! Exciting!

QATAR EXXONMOBIL OPEN 2014
Murray To Make Doha Comeback; Nadal Doubles Up
Doha, Qatar
Andy Murray returns to the ATP World Tour after a three-month absence.
Andy Murray returns to competitive action this week at the Qatar Exxon Mobil Open in Doha, following a three-month injury lay-off.
Murray has been drawn to meet wild card Mousa Shanan Zayed at the ATP World Tour 250 tournament, where he won the 2008 and 2009 titles.
Interestingly, the World No. 4 has won an ATP World Tour title the past four times he has played in the opening week of the season. He lifted the Brisbane International trophy the past two years.
But the 26 year old might have his work cut out if he is to maintain his 19-match winning streak at tournaments in the first week of the year.
Four other players in the Top 10 of the Emirates ATP Rankings – No. 1 Rafael Nadal, No. 3 David Ferrer, No 7 Tomas Berdych and No. 9 Richard Gasquet – are also competing in Qatar.
Nadal, the 2010 finalist, will open his 2014 ATP World Tour season against Lukas Rosol.
He is also competing in the doubles competition with 45-year-old Francisco Roig, who is one of his coaches. The pair played at the 2009 Coupe Rogers in Montreal (d. Djokovic-Vemic in R1).
Ferrer, who is in the same half of the Doha draw as Murray, will face Alexandr Dolgopolov in the first round. Berdych goes up against Ivo Karlovic and defending champion Gasquet will challenge wild card Karim Hossam.
Murray played his last tour-level match on 15 September and underwent minor back surgery eight days later. He started on-court training again on 20 November, from his Miami base.
In 2013, Murray became the first British man to win the Wimbledon singles title since Fred Perry in 1936. Earlier this month, he was named BBC Sports Personality of the Year.
Andy plays a local first, Zayed and Nadal plays Rosol. Each draw looks loaded to be honest. Nadal's got Rosol, Gulbis and Berdych, and Andy's got Verdasco, Gasquet and later Ferrer. Andy's half has more experienced players however.
