Stan will be a force in RG. Rome is not that important right now. Besides, he'll stay fresher come RG and will try his best to play best tennis.
i have a bad feeling that murray will beat nadal tomorrow.......
greetings to all btw......
how is it going general shanks.
long time no see.
tommy haas played doubles after his singles match yesterday. the ageless one may be overdoing it.
And the ageless is out. I take it he retired. I didn't want Dimitrov to move so easily to the semi but oh well.
Nole gets broken while he was serving for the set 5-4. In the previous game, he was in just as much trouble when he went down 0-40 at 4-2. Not looking all that good or convincing.

Hola Shank. I don't think this match is a deciding factor for either player. No matter which way the results go today, Rafa will still be the mighty force at RG and Andy will still remain as one of the contenders who has the least chance to win it.
We should probably just enjoy the match I say since they haven't played each other for a long while - almost 3 years. So long that Lendl came and went and Andy's won Olympics, USO and Wimbledon in the meantime. haha
Nole finally takes it 7-5. So much drama towards the end of the 1st set.
And Nole wins in 3 sets. Ferrer couldn't outgrind and outgrunt Nole.

Yep. Did him in. He pulled out of the doubles for today though. He needs to start resting up for RG.

What a great match! It looked like the olden days. The competition hasn't had that kind of quality for a long time. Those two were shaking and baking for real. I thought Andy was looking good this week, but I wasn't expecting this. Surely, he feels good about his game now, and what a time for it.
I wasn't sure Nadal could up his level, he's been playing so complacently lately. It was nice to see the ferocity back again. The last time I remember him playing this hard was USO, 2013. But they brought it today! Two of my favorite guys.
