herc, don't do anything that's going to cost you since this is still such a small forum. We don't even need smileys. Not now anyway. Let's see how it goes for a while and if it picks up during AO etc. People do want to be there where they have an audience, unfortunately. You've done more than enough and if you ever feel tired, then by all means, collapse it. We have other forums to post so it's not like we'll be left completely alone. I really wish I could help you in more ways like bring posters, keep them engaged etc. but I barely find much time to be online and be on forums these days.

I think we look kind of ridiculous in the eyes of the world for having so many admin members when all we have 2-3 people posting here.

let me figure out the best possible deal and best possible format.

there has to be an incentive for us to hand out these admin positions.

I was refused when I first asked them to give you a mod post at tennis4you. that is how stingy these forum owners are.

hell I had to ask them several times to get masterclass and javi mod positions.
it was like pulling teeth.

nobody is being demoted here general.

I am going to remove some of those admin positions until we have a few numbers here. we just look like total clowns and fools for having 15 admin members and nobody posting here.

It was my BIRTHDAY! I celebrated, so I was busy instead of posting. Sorrrryyyyy for not posting on the one day a year I get for having fun.

And CD, I was a mod at T4U for the longest time lest you forget. I'll do great deals as admin here.

But respect is earned, dearest. Anyway, I have no power here and frankly, I don't want any but if I knew a few people I would have brought them here. I do know some actually but because I am so busy lately I don't find enough time to communicate with them.

People have different tastes. I, personally, like to know that I have some say in the forum I'm helping out.

Okay, so I suppose you have some trust issues with herc. I am sure herc would love some people here especially if they are active. Helping out a friend should never come with a price, freaky. But you should be okay. Still, I will let herc to sort it out between the two.
