affirmative.
I was just thinking. you know I have to believe that roger is in the process of losing some of his passion and drive for the game.
he has way too much talent to be struggling like this. look at ferru. he is just about 32 also and he took home 7 titles last year. he even made the final at RG this year.
he does not have anywhere near the talent and weapons roger has.
and on top of that, he is too short.
as for fitness, any fool can go out on the road and the gym and earn as much fitness as they need or want. you run, bike, hit the gym, and you become as fit as anybody else out there.
I think the problems for Fed started when he decided to change his racquet size. After his early losses during the summer he lost his confidence.
He will bounce back but I am not sure if he can do it anymore on GS level.
Gotta go, CD! Cheers for you birthday once again

See you later!
I guess it does get harder and harder at GS level after 32.
he fished out over $71 million last year. his net worth has to be approaching around $400-$500 million.
he has achieved everything that one can possibly achieve in modern tennis. maybe he is smart enough to know that slams will be difficult to come by so he does not work as hard as he used to.
and we forget sometimes that he has two beautiful daughters and a wife. perhaps some of his focus is on the family now.
thanks general tee.
have a great night.

I just read his post on Facebook.
Excellent decision!
agreed. it is far more important for him to show up fresh, healthy, fit, and hungry in 2014.
there are only 2 good years left. why not make the most of them.
Andy Murray will play the ATP 500 Acapulco event in February.
Grigor won his QF in Stocjholm. Tomorrow he plays Paire in the SF, tricky match. I hope he wins!
He looked solid today, but De Schepper was a class below his level.
