I logged in this morning but wasn't able to log out or post. Hopefully the system logged me out later.
Anyway, I am not sure how can you say these qtr final matches were blockbusters when Wawrinka hasn't seen a win against Nole since 2006 and Gasquet has yet to win a match against Nadal and I believe this was their 12th meeting.
That Federer vs Del Potro match was just too soon. We've already seen play compete against each other just last week, so I wasn't very keen on this match to start with. I don't like identical matches so back to back.
Would have liked Berdych to remove Ferrer from the facilities but oh well. Rest assured, I won't be watching Nadal vs Ferrer tomorrow. This is one of the match-ups I truly hate. Ferrer has seen only 1 win against Nadal since 2008. Speaks volume but that's not all. Thankfully Federer vs Nole is up first so I'll be able to skip the 2nd match altogether and do something else.
agreed. the match to watch tomorrow is the Federer vs nole match.
I am ready for WTF already. it should be fun anyway. i know it wont be same without andy murray there but hopefully he will be ready for the Australian open.

I think it was a good idea for Delpo to bunk out early. No point fighting Federer, Nole and then possibly Nadal. That's the toughest road one can have. No one looks at it unfortunately.
By the look of it though, I think it was Berdy/Ferrer match that was the best today. I don't like repeat so soon so Delpo/Federer didn't really interest me. I was even less interested in the other two matches though I hold both Gasquet and Wawrinka in high regards but these match ups are just not good enough to be even fairly competitive.
both del potro and nole have running across continents and doing a lot of damage. sooner or later something has to give.
i have to believe that they are running low on gas at this point.
ferru really has berdych`s number so to speak.
he is 7-3 now against berdych.
what a forehand by roger.
but he missed that backhand pass.
nole is bloody machine.
this is not going to be easy but roger does have the break in hand.
herc, can you please confirm if you got my PM? Something went wrong I think when I was sending it. Thanks!
I hope it is not a costly double fault.
Pulling for Nole big time, folks. I think it will make a nice final. Can't afford a Nadal/Federer final. Besides, I am a big fan of Nole. But he's lacking in confidence right now and looking a bit nervous. This has been his problem of late. And of course, Federer has won only 1 tiny title this year but for Nole, this has been a very long season and a few heartbreaking losses, so he's most undoubtedly far more jaded both mentally and physically than Federer. I am sure if Federer wins here then all those Fed fans will make a big deal about it as usual. But hopefully that won't be the case.
Nole needs to break Federer here.
I absolutely hate the Federer oriented crowd. It's the worst in tennis history.
