it is starting to get a little bit cooler here. it is almost perfect weather for me.
I just noticed Alex opened a thread in the main tennis discussion 'So Long' and whining about being banned twice. Anyway, what I found intriguing was Slasher post where he mentioned Scot can read PMs. This I had always known but just got validated after Slasher's post. I am fairly sure all my PMs had been specifically read and discussed between posters (including Alex) who remain 'good friends' behind the scene. I can now also clearly see what Alex meant by 'behind the scenes' stuff in some of his posts while he was on his notorious rampage. Basically there's no privacy as far as PMs are concerned perhaps on any forum. Quite disgusting stuff come to think of it. The whistleblowers do not need to whistle on Governments anymore when you can see on what level it is also done. Anyone who has access to data and private stuff will access those data more often than not and manipulate/twist things for their own amusement purpose and on a higher level, control purpose. Again, disgusting stuff.
tennis4you is like a bad dream........it is best forgotten........the forum is just a personal playground for the owner to an extent that he can peep(which he loves doing btw) into others' message boxes........that is as mean as it gets.......
Guys, it is absolutely logical that a site administrator can look into the database and see anything stored there, including PMs. This is true for any internet forum there is. There is one private thing that an admin cannot do, and that is see the passwords.
But also note that nobody is abusing this system (except maybe on MTF) because nobody cares about other people's privacy. Only an admin can see the PMs, and in Alex' case, Scott read the PM AFTER it was reported by Nekro for being abusive as it really was. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Yes, we met originally in MTF and then I posted for a short period of time at tennis4you. So, I browsed some threads and found a link to this place. You probably remember me as an avid fan of the San Antonio Spurs
